These batteries DO NOT WORK. After 3 batteries purchased from this brand, because they are the only ones available and I already understand why, none have lasted more than a month, in different vehicles. Customer service, service and warranty are terribly lousy. store staff, store owner and distributor 3 people with the lowest possible level of customer service. They are always right, the vehicle or vehicles are to blame. It turns out that if the acid does not activate after a slow charge that is not a factory defect and they do not respond immediately. anyway. I already have a FULGOR and the problem is done. It was expensive for me to know this brand. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. The first time I've written a negative review but it was such annoyance and indignation at how everyone in the marketing chain is so poorly trained in terms of customer service that I had to do something. I hope my contribution is useful to others. DO NOT BUY THIS POOR QUALITY MERCHANDISE, it is not American by the way, it is Colombian with a lousy quality standard. The truth is that I think so and there is not much to do. if you sell scrap you have nothing to do.

This was my experience. --- Ordered the ventless heater, and it did not arrive (there was some complication with FEDEX losing the item). Contacted customer service multiple times asking to refund the lost unit. Took 6 weeks to receive a partial refund. They refused to refund the full amount because they don't pay insurance on shipping. --- If you order an item from them and want it insured, they are asking you to email them before ordering to add the cost of insurance to your order.
