Her customer service was outstanding, she is so easy to deal with, she took the time in explaining my options, explained patiently what my insurance covers. Refitted my frames for me, for free. Friendly and accommodating. If they could have some snacks for me during my next visit, that’d be a plus. Nothing fancy, just a juice box and some chips.
