Very rich, very good place. Offers a variety of hamburgers and hot dogs. Personally, I love the double hot dog, and the green sauce is exquisite. I love it! Plus it features Colombian drinks like Uva postobon, Colombiana, Manzana, and ponyMalta! Everything is very rich. Very good experience and delicious food. Whenever I have the opportunity to go eat a hot dog, I don't hesitate to think of this place. Plus it has some empanadas ufff!!

I simply don't understand where "Los Verdes" has gone wrong in the last year. I advise your company to invest in proper management, customer service, and policy training. Please explain why the manager was not allowing my sister to take her food for 10 minutes that was under her name, phone, and email address because she didn't have the card that was used. Are people not allowed to order food for others? Are we not allowed to use virtual cards at checkout? Are we not allowed to use Apple Pay or Google Pay? The manager claimed it was policy however for the last three years it has never been the policy that was followed at Doral or Miami Lakes. Please note that nowhere on your website does it state your famous policy. If it did, on your website it should allow for one to add an alternate pick-up person for the food. The manager claims that it's due to theft however if proper policy was being followed then no one would be stealing. It's your literal employees stealing from you because they are the ones not confirming the orders with names or phone numbers on the receipt taped to the bag. I don't see much theft happening moving forward as the customer service in locations like Doral and Miami Lakes has plummeted. Who wants to go dine-in or take out at a restaurant that every time they go is always a different issue? Not to mention that the order was missing items like always, your employees never can get anything correct. An empanada de queso comes with a side of lime and salsa Rosada, why is that so difficult to understand when it's standard on your menu? Your restaurant manager claims I need to purchase the extra sauces, I do, and I still don't get them in my order.

Im not sure whats happening to this place. Every time I order food, it gets sent overcooked or burned. They dont pay attention to the order notes either. What a bummer it is that its an every time thing.

I went to pick up a takeaway order that I placed by call and Adstri Johana was very rude even when I arrived at the restaurant to pick up she was also quite rude in the way she spoke to me and I also noticed how she treats one of the guys I met badly I was working and it seemed very informal to me, instead I was talking to Jennifer, I think her name is the other girl on shift and she is very polite and very good people, she was super attentive the entire time and she has very good customer service!
