I came to the MAC inside international mall to do my makeup. I had an appt @ the MAC store outside of Macys but they were able to see me sooner… they have two diff locations at international. I was so happy they were able to fit me in. A couple min later makeup artist shows up. I show her a photo of what I wanted nothing crazy. I told her I don’t care for too much eye shadow but I do want the base to be perfect. I kid you not there was no prep for the face. She went straight to the foundation when I looked at my face I was literally orange… I immediately tell her this isn’t my color. Fast forward two hours later by this point it’s 5pm….. my event starts in 15 min my face is no where near finished…. When I take a really close look In the mirror all the foundation looked caked on and was literally cracking . making visible lines I had never seen before ??? it took two seconds for me to say please wipe this all off I have to go….
NEVER have they done my makeup so terrible at Mac. At this point I’m really upset and call the manager… and she tells me that I have to buy 6 full size products because they’ve spent two hours on my face.she acted like she couldn’t see this caked on foundation.not to mention you can literally seee the color difference on my neck!!That’s when I started wiping the whole thing off and walked away. It was THE WORSE makeup experience ever. I stopped buying their makeup years ago but I will never go there for makeup service again

Completely disappointed, I bought a Crayon Pro Browdefiner for my eyebrows, which is now much thinner, supposedly to make the hair look better…$25 only lasted me a week, would you have to buy a pencil per week??? Incredible, ??♀️ Believe me, I don't recommend it, the other one was preferable even though it doesn't look like hair to be honest, it's not cheap at all and on top of that it hardly lasts at all.

This saturday the store charge me twice for an Item I bought. I show them my credit card report with the exact same charge, and they keep denying since the invoice did not print. I ask to check the reports in ther credit card system they did not want to do it and just comment to me to deny charges in the credit card since it was pending twice

Great store, Amazing staff! I walked in to the store looking for a foundation. I was greeted by Luzmariana who went above and beyond to find my perfect color. She was very sweet and knowledgeable gave me several product suggestions. Needless to say i was looking for 1 thing ended up buying more :) Thank you, she made my shopping experience pleasant!

I came today to buy a product for my eyebrows, which I brought so that it was correct and as a reference I even showed it to them and let them know that I wanted the same product, they gave it to me wrong. I realized when I left the store, logically I returned and to my surprise they treated me with a horrible attitude, when they were the ones who made the mistake they even told me to relax, and they told me that the store had the products incorrectly placed when that was what they gave it to me. I wanted to talk to the manager and he treated me very badly too. An attacking and offensive attitude. A thin boy with yellow hair, he did not want to give his name.
I don't recommend this place because they don't know how to treat the public.
2 the shop assistants (redhead) have no idea about the products in the store, or about the makeup.
3 terrible attention, very vulgar and few professionals.
I give it one star because you have to give it one but it has 0.

when i walked into mac i amazed by how great the staff treated me. right off the bat jen, one of the managers, knew exactly what my skin tone was and helped me out alot. she knew everything and seemed like she enjoyed her job. she was sweet confident and she really helped with my purchase.
