Hands down, best Mattress Firm. Ricardo Rodriguez was the one who helped us throughout the whole process. He was very knowledgeable of the mattresses, made us feel comfortable, and overall was amazing. 10/10 would come again if I need another mattress.

My sales representative was Alan super nice and friendly very informative then the other Alan ( which i thought was funny 2 Sales ppl same name) also helped out with our questions and was also very nice and helpful ended up buying a great mattress and I'm so excited to receive it. Definitely going back to this location in Doral when in need for a mattress.

I wasn't expecting such professional uprising energy service once my wife and I enter the store. We wasn't expecting any service due to other previous store such as "Rooms To Go" next building from them, where they had no customer service, yawning sitting down on mattresses and just following us around. Here, it wasn't an awkward experience. We had Allan who actually communicated with us like we already knew each other, making us feel welcome, showing us around explaining how the mattresses are, what are the pros and cons. He was very knowledgeable, very patient with us during our decision. If you go to this Mattress location, ask for Allan. Highly recommended. Thank you for the help once again.

As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted with a warm welcome from Alfie. He was very helpful and kind and he helped us the entire time we were there. He was very knowledgeable on the mattresses and answered all of our questions. Great customer service and the bed I ended picking felt amazing!
