I just drove 2 hours to come buy a box of Garcia & Garcia cigars as I heard they were the best. Online hours shows that they are opened until 5:00 PM. It is 4:11 PM and the office is closed, the warehouse is opened and I spoke to 2 different people who told me that there was nothing they can do for me as the person that works in the office is not there. 0 empathy for me driving 2 hours to find the place closed 😡

Call before making the trek.
Not that it is anyone’s fault for the business currently short staffed (very common issue in today’s economy). The one thing that would be appreciated is a notice either online or in person letting a potential customer know how to best get in touch with the business and how to go about scheduling an appointment to purchase a box of cigars. I was informed on the phone (after I had already driven from Homestead) that perhaps the business could help me next week if I wanted to still purchase a cigar.
Like I said, the one thing I would ask for improvement is communication with the general public. If there is an ongoing issue that will have an effect on your ability to sell or assist customers, just let us know instead of having folks waste their time and resources.

Our experience with the young gentleman in the photo (didn't catch his name) was exceptional. He told us of the family story and how they came to Miami, showed us around their private rooms and took time to answer our questions. This place of business is more of a warehouse for shipping their product than selling to the public, but once he explained the reason we understood the need to not sell cigars to the public from this location. We were referred to Sabor Havana to buy cigars, where we drove 5 minutes and spent $300 on MF cigars, which came in a very beautiful, hand crafted box that we'll display in the man cave for years to come. Thank you kind gentleman for taking time out of your day to talk to us Arkansas visitors!

Never been there but smoked a ton of their cigars. Excellent quality cigars. The family did a huge favor for me nearly 6 years ago and I can tell you that they're very kind people.

I would give 0 stars if possible.Getting anyone in the office to answer the phone is impossible. After 5 WEEKS of trying I finally spoke to someone. I even sent an email back in august. She was very rude to me and demanded that I call her back. She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her to spend hundreds of dollars on a business order. Worst customer service EVER!!!!

I had an issue that I won’t go into during my visit to My Father Cigars’ corporate store. I contacted management and the store manager, Alcides, truly went above and beyond in addressing my concerns and fixing the problem. Great customer service is a rarity in today’s busy world, but My Fathers Cigars has demonstrated to me that for some companies it is still alive and strong. Thanks again Alcides and I wish you and the employees at My Father Cigars the very best!
