TL;DR: I highly recommend you consider NAVIS Pack & Ship for your packing and shipping needs.
The entire process was quick, smooth, and painless.
I contacted them via phone to make sure their services met what I was looking for and I wasn’t told to fill out a form on the website. After my question was answered in that same call, I was helped directly in the call and a quote was emailed for my review that same day.
They communicated with me throughout the process and coordinated as needed. The actual packing was done very well and my item arrived intact and as scheduled. The pricing was very fair compared to what other companies quoted me. NAVIS was a pleasure to work with, specially when dealing with a service I have never dealt with before.

Jean was amazing! He was super understanding of my dad’s hectic schedule and was able to move his cargo flawlessly into Malaga. Jean was also very informative of every step along the way by either text, phone call or email. He made my dads move to Malaga so easy and comforting. We will definitely be working with him and his company in the future again.

In the realm of business communications, where the currency of exchange is both time and courtesy, it is with great lament that I pen this missive regarding the Navis Pack and Ship Company. A firm that once held the promise of reliability and professional integrity has, alas, descended into the murky waters of unresponsiveness, casting a shadow upon its erstwhile reputation.
The initial correspondence with Navis Pack and Ship was imbued with the hope of a mutually beneficial engagement. Promptly, a response was received, heralding the possibility of a fruitful collaboration. However, this initial display of attentiveness proved to be nothing more than a mirage. When the prospect of our business was deemed unworthy of their attention, the lines of communication were severed with a cold and disheartening silence.
The crux of this critique lies not merely in the lack of follow-through but in the blatant disregard for basic professional decorum. It is a tenet of respectable business practice to afford all inquiries, regardless of their perceived value, the courtesy of a response. To respond selectively, as if weighing the worthiness of potential clients, speaks volumes of a company's ethos—or lack thereof.
Particularly egregious was the behavior of one Jean Rodriguez, who, after the initial engagement, vanished into the ether, leaving inquiries unanswered and business possibilities unexplored. Such conduct bespeaks a deeper malaise within the company, one that prioritizes expedience over excellence, and dismissiveness over duty.
In conclusion, Navis Pack and Ship Company has revealed itself to be an enterprise that, upon deeming a business proposition unworthy, forsakes even the most rudimentary of professional courtesies. This unbecoming conduct tarnishes their standing and serves as a cautionary tale for those who would seek their services. One would do well to tread carefully and consider more responsive and respectful alternatives.

I cannot say enough praise about Jean and the company. I needed to ship 3 very expensive and large art pieces 20” by 30” inches and 20 pounds each to My son that lives in LA , California. The paintings where picked up so carefully at my home in Pembroke Pines, FL. They kept me informed of every little detail , the packaging was unbelievable . When the paintings arrived to my son’s apartment I was was there on the day they were delivered. The 3 wonderful people delivering , opening and bringing inside the paintings did it with so such care specially since my son’s apartment is not so big . Thank you ! Sales rep was friendly however quoted a price 5x higher than competitors in the area to pack and ship multiple paintings domestically. I ended up going with another option.

Excellent service. Sent an expensive large photo from miami to Chicago. Jean and his team were great. Accommodating, careful, great communication, all went smoothly. They really cared about how the piece was protected to avoid damage during transport and documented all the grating with photos. Will use them again !

An entirely positive experience! I needed help shipping fragile items from Miami to New Jersey and, with no recommendations, I searched the internet. Luckily, I found these people. I had an estimate for the cost in a matter of a couple of hours and prompt follow-up from the owner. Signing documents and payment was easily done electronically, and pickup and on-site packing was scheduled smoothly and easily. After pickup, the items were packed with additional padding to further protect against breakage, then shipped and delivered quickly to my house in New Jersey. The boxes looked almost brand-new when they arrived, and all the contents (plates, mugs, platters) were in perfect condition. And the super-responsive owner called me an hour after the delivery to follow up to make sure everything had arrived OK. Couldn't have asked for more. Thanks, Jean!
