“I called to book appoitment last minute May 26th,2026 before they closed. Sweet , kind & professional young lady booked our furbaby Stormy the next day for full day Spa .
Pedro, is talented ,gifted and artist . I called him Pet Groomer Picasso . Stormy is Giant Schnauzer I told him you got magic make her look FABOULOS because she’s service dog we just adopted her yesterday .
When I went to pick Stormy I was speechless!
Pedro Picasso you are the BEST!!! I forgot to mention the blinh pink butterfly on her hair and the scarf was special touch Love it !!
The store is so clean and beautiful !!!

“I have shopping at the Petco on 107th St. in Doral [ same plaza as the Office Depot ], for many years now, and always found Mr. Rose, one of the employees at this location, to be extremely warm, helpful [ beyond normal means ], always smiling, and will go out of her comfort/whatever else she is doing, to take care of us, which is something you do not find much in South Florida these days. She has always provided a superb Customer Experience to me, and it is one of the reasons I continue to shop at this site, eventhough there are two competitors nearby. Moreover, I noticed she was recently placed to manage the Aquarium area, and find the manner in which she has placed the plants in the tanks across the wall, instead of all bundled in the corner plant tank, creates a desire to buy the plants as they arranged very nice across the area you walk through. You have a great team there, Martin the Manager is also top tier, but Rose is in a league of her own on just being so incredibly nice/well-informed, and wears your colors Proud. Sincerely,”
