I took my 2 dogs for grooming for the first time and was very pleased with the results. The groomer was very professional and made recommendations for the nect visit. The cashier was also very helpful in assisting me to download the mobile app and provided me with information regarding membership benefits.

Really bad customer service, grooming staff always try to not help walk in services such as nail services which they do not offer appointments for. I have no problem making an appointment, when you call they tell you to just walk in, when you walk in they ask if you have an appointment and try to come up with all the excuses in the book not to help you.
There are ways of saying things without looking very obvious to the fact that you don’t want to attend walk ins.

Petco has a great grooming option. I have taken my dogs there many many times and never had any issues. The communication once your pets are done is prompt. They take great care of my dogs and are a no stress facility, which is great for my little dog.

Absolutely great experience. Feel comfortable leaving my puppy in Tania’s hands because she is very attentive with him and you can see that she loves and cares for her furry friends. Everyone has great customer service skills and is very friendly and helpful.

Please do your doggy and yourself a favor and book with Cosette V. My friendly dog always goes happy with her as she loves dogs and she provides a good customer service. A bad experience with Cyndiann A reassured me this is the last time booking with her, she decided to cancel my appointment because she was not going to take care of my dog due time constraints as her belief was that my dog needed additional services. On top of that, as kids know best well dogs know better, my dog didn’t even wanted to go with Cyndiann. That’s all I have to say.
