I visited the store a few days ago to purchase some blue buffalo biscuits and the store price was more than the online price. It was twice the price amd they had a sign for buy 1 get 2nd half off. Regardless the price still didn't make sense. Unfortunately I didn't take a picture.

I have shopping at the Petco on 107th St. in Doral [ same plaza as the Office Depot ], for many years now, and always found Mr. Rose, one of the employees at this location, to be extremely warm, helpful [ beyond normal means ], always smiling, and will go out of her comfort/whatever else she is doing, to take care of us, which is something you do not find much in South Florida these days. She has always provided a superb Customer Experience to me, and it is one of the reasons I continue to shop at this site, eventhough there are two competitors nearby. Moreover, I noticed she was recently placed to manage the Aquarium area, and find the manner in which she has placed the plants in the tanks across the wall, instead of all bundled in the corner plant tank, creates a desire to buy the plants as they arranged very nice across the area you walk through. You have a great team there, Martin the Manager is also top tier, but Rose is in a league of her own on just being so incredibly nice/well-informed, and wears your colors Proud. Sincerely,

Today we took my dog for grooming at this Petco, and my experience was very bad. When I picked him up, he was extremely scared, nervous, and showing strange behavior. He wouldn’t even let me touch him for a while. The lady who provided the service told me, in a rude way, that my dog is not welcome anymore because he was “too anxious.”
Even if that were true, that is not the way to treat our pets or their owners. I left feeling very disappointed and concerned about how he was handled. I believe this situation shows a lack of empathy and professionalism. Definitely not coming back.

This is an issue with most pet stores, not just Petco, but why is the mistreatment of Beta fish so normalized? These poor fish are kept in a plastic container with barely any water to swim around. This specific one was having a hard time even swimming to the surface, he kept sinking. Obviously something was wrong with him. i really wish people would treat animals (yes even fish) the way they would want to be treated. Other than that, this Petco is very nice and clean, I buy my dog’s food here. But hopefully they change in how they keep these fish, a simple google search will tell you this is NOT ok. If you cant keep them in proper tanks, then maybe you shouldnt sell them at all..

Really bad costumer. The manager was the only one in there willing to help. Not recommended at all. I was a customer for a year and a half. Not anymore, really bad experience.

My wife took our puppy in for grooming, and while we understand that updated vaccines are required, they insisted on a rabies shot even though our puppy is only 4 months old and not yet eligible. The staff member handling the situation was dismissive and unhelpful, which left a very negative impression. We won’t be returning we’ll be purchasing supplies elsewhere and have already found another groomer who treated us with professionalism and kindness.

I’m traveling for work with my dog and needed to pick up a bag of dog food for him. Long story short, I ended up talking to Martin(I think that was his name) and he was so kind and helpful. He’s SO educated when it comes to dog food. What was supposed to be a quick in and out, turned into a wholesome connection and educational moment. Safe to say I’ll be switching my dog’s food when I get back home.
