Physical7 Athletic Center is a functional exercise and CrossFit gym. It offers intense training for high-performance athletes, general conditioning, and weight loss. The box is excellent, with equipment in very good condition. The place is clean, spacious, and tidy. Training routines are varied and dynamic. Coaches are attentive to technique and encouraging, creating a unique atmosphere of camaraderie where everyone feels welcomed. Many report incredible body changes, gaining strength and cardiovascular fitness. It is considered the best CrossFit gym in the area.

    Marzo is a wonderful trainer and coach. Workouts are *very* challenging, but modifiable for any level of fitness or any physical limitations. He will definitely whip you into good shape. The people are friendly and the vibes are impeccable. Coming here was the best decision I made !!

    I came here looking for a great place to work out and a sense of community. Marzo (the owner and coach) is EXCELLENT and will constantly encourage you to push your limits every class. You will suffer lol, but it’s the place of what you want is to get stronger physically and mentally!!

    This gym is amazing. Came here to train for a Hyrox race and will keep coming back. Marzo is very welcoming and encouraging. Very lucky I found Physical 7!
