Horrible,Horrible customer service from American Premium logistics . The broker i worked with,(Leo)with was very nice, however the customer service is very rude and unprofessional. They promise to get you a driver, take the $150 deposit and then say something went wrong and driver can no longer come,while your money is already taken and then refuse to refund the money.Be very sure the provide a driver and everything is set before you give them your money. Needless to say i do not recommend them

Took deposit and never moved vehicle and refuse to refund, harassing agents that are not professional and will not answer phone calls to resolve this. Had to file a police report for stolen money.
