Absolutely horrible customer service and poor work quality. Prime Wood Decking was hired to install a rain screen on my new house. Their initial scheduling was slow and the installation crew took much longer to finish the job than was originally promised. They came out right after the work was done to "correct" some of the defects, which included trying to wood putty the gaps in the poor craftsmanship. The wood putty is now leaking all over the house. Felipe, who is now a former owner, also promised, 30 days after the job was done, to come out and finish oiling the wood as it was showing dry spots just after installation. 6 months later, it has been continued excuses, Felipe has since left the company and the new owner, Juan, has refused come out and fix the issue. I have had to call Juan daily to try to get this resolved with continued promises to "get me on the schedule" and to "reach out to my contractor" only to have him fail time and time again to uphold his promise or his contractual obligation. STAY AWAY, the poor craftsmanship and installation coupled with the horrible customer service and continued false promises will only lead to aggravation.
