I previously had a bad encounter due to a price increase due to the market rates increasing. Melania the property manager contacted me regarding the issues. She was a very big help in assisting me we finding a solution to that not only remedied the situation, but instructed me on future steps to assist with renewing the unit and how make sure we receive the best rate possible. I sincerely appreciate Melania's help as she not only solved the current problem, but also went above and beyond to inform me of how to manage my unit.
