They did some tests indicated by the doctor, they didn't do the most important ones and when I went to the doctor with the results he was upset because they didn't do what he needed to give the diagnosis.

Terrible experience at Quest Diagnostics in Doral
This place treats patients horribly. They treat us almost like animals, with no respect or consideration. They completely ignore people who come in for service, as if we were asking for a favor instead of paying for an essential medical service. The lack of empathy and professionalism from the staff is truly concerning.
On top of that, it’s outrageous that people in Florida are so limited when it comes to lab services, as if Quest Diagnostics were the only option in South Florida. Patients deserve better alternatives with dignified and efficient service. I do not recommend this place at all!

I recently had a disappointing experience at Quest Diagnostics due to poor customer service. After arriving briefly behind for my 1:40 PM appointment, I attempted to check in using the kiosk, which indicated I could wait up to 60 minutes as a walk-in—a wait time I was willing to accept. However, at 2:02 PM, an employee informed me and others waiting that we could not be seen that day because the facility closes at 3 PM, despite there being no other patients waiting. The staff member’s demeanor was notably unhelpful and unfriendly. This experience was particularly frustrating, considering the medical importance of the tests I needed. I hope Quest Diagnostics addresses these customer service issues to prevent similar situations in the future.

I would like to share my experience with Quest Diagnostics to help you take precautions before scheduling an appointment.
My appointment was scheduled for 1:40 PM (as it was the only available time slot). However, I was unable to arrive exactly at the appointment time, which is entirely my responsibility, as I arrived 11 minutes late while searching for a parking spot.
Even acknowledging that I was late and missed the appointment, the check-in machine allowed me to schedule an appointment as a walk-in, but I had to wait up to 60 minutes, which was not a problem for me because, as I repeat, I know I was at fault.
Two minutes later, an employee from the establishment came out to ask who was waiting for their turn with an appointment (there was no one else with an appointment, only three people who, like me, had scheduled the appointment at that moment).
Her words were, “You cannot wait for an appointment but make one for another day or come on Monday because we close at 3.”
Curiously, it was 2:02 PM, and there was no one else waiting.
I share my experience because, like me, the people who were there did not come to dine or have a good time, but to undergo tests requested by the doctor for some reason.
My message is not to discredit the establishment, as I do not know the quality of their services since I could not take them, and rest assured that I will not take them either, but I believe that beyond the regulations of a place regarding punctuality or the possibility of making appointments, they should have the same information in their computer system and with the staff.
The star I leave is for the poor customer service we received, as it was NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL.
I never confronted or tried to argue with the staff; I only asked why, if the machine allowed me to make the appointment, she did not want to attend to me, to which she replied that they closed at 3…
I suppose that some X-rays took 57 minutes to perform.

Terrible customer service, the people who work there need to have better training, they are not qualified to work with many patients. If you have an appointment, you still have to wait and wait, and without an appointment, don't even dare go because even if they only work until 2 pm and you arrive at 11 am, they don't come to attend to you and they will tell you at the last minute that they will be able to attend you. Please stay away from this place.

Came with my wife today. They were late for more than 1 hour! Why did I have to do an appointment and be here on time if the managment dont respect my time. Very bad service.

I wish I could give them ZERO stars.
Quest Diagnosis is an office with no reception, no customer help, no personalized service. What you arrive at is a bit of chairs and 2 screens for you to check in. A door opens and the workers come out to call you to assist you. If you don't register on the little screens they won't serve you. There is no physical person to guide you.
My experience: I arrived (on an empty stomach) 20 minutes early for my 9:10 appointment, and thanks to that I managed to park literally in front of the door. I registered on the little screens and sat down. I waited about 15 minutes and remembered that the lab order had left them in my car. I went out, as I said to my car that was literally parked outside the premises, I grabbed the paper and went back in. I waited 15 more minutes and they didn't call me, so I asked a person who came out calling another patient if they had called me. He just asked me if I had gone out and I answered yes, just to pick up the paper and I went back in. To which he responded that they called me when I left and since I didn't answer, my appointment was deleted and that I had to make it again. I asked him why if I had the appointment and I only left for less than 1 minute and he could only answer me, you should make the appointment again or get on the waiting list on the same screens and he closed the door on me.
I tried to get on the waiting list and there are 15 people ahead of me. What a joke!
My recommendation is to avoid Quest Diagnostics at all costs, there are other companies like LabCorp or Private MD labs that do not play with people's time. Don't even think about it, read the reviews and avoid a LONG bad time. If your doctor sends you the lab works, ask them to change them to another laboratory office. Quest Diagnostics is a complete joke.
As I finish writing this review, it is 11:30 and they have not yet called me from “stand by”. 🤡

Someone named Michel from 87 attended to us. Very BAD Service! to care for children: bad mood, inappropriate tone of voice, desperate, angry, ZERO patience.
In passing with derogatory and comparative comments for a child.
I do NOT recommend them for children.

Patients cannot know that ten minutes before they must register on their cell phone when they have an appointment (improve the information, i.e. more detailed), appointments are much later than the scheduled time and those of us who work lose more hours which are not They pay us but QUEST charges the same copayment, in short little information, many complaints from patients and too much delay.

I don't know how the government allows this place to continue treating patients and they don't review the bad criteria that this place has, the poorest care and its system of creating appointments doesn't work in general, this doesn't work, the step before being treated feels bad. I don't recommend this place to anyone

Terrible attention apart from super rude to the people who give them the job, it's a shame they have no education that's why this place is going to be replaced by doctors' clinics and they will be left without a job for not taking care of it

I had to wait 1 hour because I was 1 minute late. I think that process needs to be revisited. On top of that, I was left severely bruised after the blood test. Not a good experience.

If I could I would give it a minus 10. The service is terrible! They don't know about customer service, especially when it comes to health. They are aggressive!
