Honestly, the service from the customer service staff and cashiers is good, but the produce and meat department are seriously in dire need of a renewal. The produce department almost always has trash on the floor, and there is always expired or nearly expired produce that needs to be trashed. The quality of products is distasteful to say the least. With the amount of bad or low quality product count in the produce and meat department, I'm seriously thinking why people go to this Publix to buy things from those departments at all. I ended up going to another store because if I'm paying a lot of money compared to other stores, I would think AT LEAST the quality is good. I'm not paying $18 for ground beef only to have it near expired and rotting. Please do better.

This is my neighborhood Publix, so I really want to love it, but lately I've been having a hard time doing so! There's rarely ever a good selection of items compared to nearby Publix stores. The store is also really old and is in desperate need of a re-vamp.

I went here to get a Pub Sub for my daughter who was playing a volleyball tournament near by. Luckily, it was on sale (minus $2) which was an added bonus. The aisles were stocked which was nice but the prices are high. They were very nice here so that was good. It is in a very busy plaza in Doral but that was ok for me because we were there on a Sunday morning!

Where do I begin.... Besides the shortage of goods/ products..... Going to this location is a NIGHTMARE and HASSLE!!!!!! There's also no merchandise when you needed it! No good meat in the deli... or if they do the meat isn't good. It's happened to me several times where I've had to go return it! ( steak, and ground beef ). You talk to the managers and you get the same story all the time " we're sorry, it's not our fault, it's the suppliers it's the this it's the that" .... etc etc.... No accountability like usual. They barely have cashiers available when it's peak time and the lines are long and disorganized. Some employees argue in front of customers because they don't wanna do a certain task or deal with a certain issue! The only reason I usually go now is to get some ( Load'd sundaes - blue bunny ). Other than that I'll pass!!!

This particular Publix has been having a difficult time with customer service in the Deli and the Bakery departments, otherwise I'd give it a higher rating. We ordered a cake for a special occasion and no one we spoke with wanted to help or even suggest options. The problem with the staff at the Deli is similar, but they are also too busy chatting with friends to take care of waiting customers. I hope management does something soon to fix these problems, which seem to be getting worse and worse.

This Publix is central to Doral just in a super busy plaza. Parking is always a hassle. This is one of the locations that is busy with customers and doesn't have the cleanest vibe like the other store locations in Doral maybe because it's older. I think since it's a busier location I don't always find what I'm looking for.
