This Sam's Club is trash. Twice, my delivery was missing products that I was charged for. It's a mission to get the missing products redelivered. And to try to get a refund on those missing products, you can't even get customer service to answer the phone at the Doral location. I called the 1800 number for assistance and they also attempt to contact the location without success. Very frustrating. I just cancelled this membership to sign up with Costco.

This specific Sam's Club is the absolute worst with customer service. Do not order anything from this club as they will not deliver to you even if they state otherwise. All drivers are in such hurry that they dont give time to check the merchandise. Will take my time and money somewhere else.

I like Sams for many reasons. It is not crowded like Costco. Parking is never an issue. The store is clean and organized. Product quality is good. Scan and go check out feature is really useful and help to avoid lines and get out quickly. I also like that they still use a box for their roasted chicken instead of a plastic bag used in Costco now. The only improvement I could ask for is frozen food variety.

Every time I come to this sams club I always have to wait 15+ mins in line for food at the food court. I wish it was more efficient like costco with the touch screen computers that take your order.

A shout out to Patrick, the Manager at this Doral location who exuded all the great qualities of customer service. While I was shopping at the store yesterday, I approached him with a question, and my experience was that he was professional and calm. This is so refreshing to see nowadays.
