I recently experienced a highly frustrating situation with Sam's Club that has left me deeply disappointed. On February 7th, I meticulously planned the pickup of an 85-inch television, scheduling it for February 9th between 12pm-1pm. Understanding the complexities involved with transporting such a large item, I took the day off work, enlisted a friend's help, and rented a truck to ensure a smooth pickup process. However, just two hours before the scheduled time, I received an email informing me that my order had been canceled without any clear explanation. The message was vague, suggesting the cancellation could have been due to a variety of reasons, including the possibility that I had canceled it myself or that the item was out of stock. Seeking clarity, I contacted Sam's Club's chat support, only to be told the item was out of stock. This was perplexing since I was able to place the order initially. I was advised to call the store directly, where I learned that only a display model was available, with no discount offered. Despite my efforts to resolve the situation, it became clear that picking up the TV as planned was not an option. It was suggested I could attempt to haggle with the store manager over the price. This suggestion was not only impractical but also added to my frustration. This ordeal has been eye-opening. Despite my family's long-standing loyalty to Sam's Club, this experience has led me to reconsider my membership. The lack of communication and poor customer service are unacceptable, especially when it involves significant personal effort and expense. I've decided to switch to Costco, hoping for a better shopping experience. It's regrettable that it had to come to this, but I cannot justify continuing to support a business that fails to respect its customers' time and money.

This specific Sam's Club is the absolute worst with service. Do not order anything from this club as they will not deliver to you even if they state otherwise.Extremely unprofessional when I called to follow up on an order. Nothing will probably happen but I'll just go back to Costco now since there is one only a few minutes away.
