The most horrible experience I had was with the assistant manager KEVIN MEDEROS after calling and asking if they closed the store at 6 pm I told him I was only 5 minutes away and immediately he told me in a very aggressive tone that if I wasn't there at 6 the door would be closed and they wouldn't serve anyone else, I arrived at the store like any other customer and with a defiant attitude he told me he wouldn't serve me because the store was already closed (I was already inside the store) I just greeted him very respectfully and told him I only wanted a 1/4 gallon of semi-gloss ready paint and he insisted that I leave the store that he wouldn't serve me, his attitude was very haughty and without caring that at that moment other customers were watching what was happening, he told me that if I wanted to report it to his manager that he didn't care since he was the assistant and that's it, his treatment was aggressive and people like this should not work in such a prestigious company, it can't be that a person who is inside the store Telling you that the store is closed and not wanting to serve you is disrespectful and unprofessional.

Terrible service, I made a purchase of over $1000 and asked for assistance with the types of paint. I requested one for metal and they gave me the wrong one. They refused to exchange it even though it was their mistake. Esteban Correa and the manager Betsy didn’t help me and provided poor service

I’ve got to give credit where it’s due — to Kevin and his team at Sherwin-Williams. I recently repainted both the inside and outside of my house, and I couldn’t have done it as easily without their help. Kevin’s knowledge, along with the support and professionalism of his team, made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Huge thanks to all of them!

Had a fantastic experience at Sherwin-Williams (Store #723198)! Gabriel was incredibly helpful, guiding me through paint options and helping me find the perfect color. The store is well-organized, and Gabriel’s expertise made my choice easy. Highly recommend this location—especially with Gabriel’s assistance!

The service is very bad, the girl who attends doesn't even know what to explain regarding the products... how is it possible that my client son with his company asked me for a product and I paid for it to pick it up and there was no way for them to deliver it to me with everything and that I had the order... very bad attention... they couldn't tell me which sandpaper would work for me for something so simple...

Very helpful!! After leaving the SW at Doral 41st St and Turnpike, we came to this location. We were just inquiring about which paint was better for outdoor, super paint vs duration. The employee was extremely helpful and went with us over the differences, pro and cons. We decided for super paint. Supposedly it was going to take 5 min to prepare the paint, but certainly was less than that. Very customer friendly.
