I want to extend my deepest thanks to Tiffany, the Assistant Store Manager at Windsor Store in Miami International Mall, for going above and beyond to support our family during a challenging time.

While waiting for my own mom to come out of surgery, I was also helping my daughter find her dream prom dress for this coming Saturday. We had originally purchased a beautiful dress from another Windsor location, but were unsure about the color. We bought it anyway, thinking we could return it if we found the same style in a better color elsewhere. Unfortunately, we later learned that the dress was non-refundable—something that hadn’t been clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
We reached out to Windsor's customer service team, who explained that it was up to the discretion of the local store manager whether any accommodation could be made. That’s when we met Tiffany at the Miami International Mall location.
Tiffany took the time to listen to our situation with care and empathy. She understood not only the confusion around the return policy but also the emotional weight of the moment. Thanks to her compassion and willingness to help, she processed a refund for the original dress—even though she didn’t have to—since we had already purchased the same dress in the color my daughter truly loved from her store.

Tiffany turned a stressful situation into a joyful one. Her kindness made a world of difference to a mom under pressure and helped make my daughter’s prom dreams come true.

“Well, but this shopping center does not have ramps for disabled people to get on a bus or for transportation to drop them off or pick them up, very bad because Miami is full of many disabled people or elderly people, whoever made that project did not think in us ?”

“I'm from Romania and I bought Duradry 2 weeks ago.I suffered with underarm sweat in the last 2 years. Whenever I was under pressure at work or nervous, my armpits would sweat a lot which knocked my confidence. I had to wear black all the time to mask the huge sweat patches. I started using duradry a week ago and from the first use my body sweating has disappeared! What can I say It has changed my life, I can wear any clothing material in any colour and I will not have wet underarms ever! I was not disappointed. It really helped my confidence. “The shopping center is good, several places to eat were Sunday and some businesses were closed and the Publix supermarket is the star of shopping, there is a variety of cuisine to choose from, cleanliness needs to improve, the garbage cans were full and there was no collected.”

“International mall has always been my go to mall. Perhaps because I live close by but they always had everything one needed. They have recently closed many of my favorite stores and opened new ones. Not all the new stores make it longer than 1 year. The foot traffic at the mall has died down significantly. Don't know if everyone prefers Dolphin mall but I still enjoy a small more condensed shopping experience. Let's see if the places inside hold up? I've already seen a few close down. Well, all in all, I am rooting for International Mall to pick up the pace, draw crowds and stay around forever.”

“Our visit to Downtown Doral was a delightful blend of culture, community, and cuisine. We started our day with a stroll through the Paseo, the pedestrian-friendly main street, which is lined with shops, cafes, and art installations. The atmosphere was lively, and we loved the fact that there were plenty of outdoor seating areas to just sit and soak in the surroundings. The public art scattered throughout the area added a unique touch, giving the space a creative and vibrant feel.

One of the highlights of our visit was the food. Downtown Doral has a fantastic array of dining options, and we were spoiled for choice. We ended up choosing a local restaurant that offered a mix of Latin American and international cuisine. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It's clear that the area prides itself on offering high-quality dining experiences.

After lunch, we explored some of the local shops and boutiques. The retail options are diverse, ranging from high-end fashion to quirky, independent stores. We appreciated the variety and found a few unique items to take home as souvenirs.

Another aspect we loved was the community vibe. We noticed several families enjoying the parks and open spaces, and there were even some live music performances happening in the plaza. It's a place that feels very much alive and welcoming to all age groups.

Overall, our visit to Downtown Doral was an enjoyable and memorable experience. Whether you're looking for a great meal, some shopping, or just a pleasant place to spend an afternoon, Downtown Doral offers something for everyone. We can't wait to return and explore more of what this vibrant area has to offer.”
