Someone who works here tried to steal my identity. They hacked my Old Navy account and tried to purchase $500 in running shorts. Is this really someone you’d want to support? I’m guessing most of their merchandise is stolen. Good luck with that.

Been trying to contact customer service for a order I made Aug. 18.. I'm trying to return the items and none will respond to give me a shipping label. If I don't hear back I will go to my bank and get my money back for fraud
