Honestly, the only reason I would ever come back to this Starbucks is because of Isabella or Isabel (can’t quite recall what her name exactly is ?)She was super sweet, welcoming and made my drink absolutely delicious and exactly how I wanted! I look forward to returning to this store to see her.Thank you so much again Isabel/Isabella !!

discrimination. from the workers very bad service. I ordered through the application to search in the window. After 15 minutes I arrived at the window and they told me that my order was not ready. I had to go around again in my car. Think that you have time for that, they treat people like idiots. It is disrespectful that an order is not ready, you drive and then you wait in the car and when you get to the window you have to go back to the window again because your order is not ready.

I frequently go to this location and have decent service for the most part. However, a recent experience soured this location for me. After being handed my drinks, it looked like they filled more than half of the cup with cream (I did ask for extra cream, but it looked excessive). I politely asked if they could dump a little out and top it off with coffee. Instead of doing something that only takes 10 seconds to do, the employee tries arguing, "But you asked for extra?" and scoffs at me after I said it was just a little too much. You would have thought I told her to throw the drinks away and start over. I come to learn that the employee that made it such big deal to pour a little of the drink out was the manager. I called later that day to express my dissatisfaction with my experience and got the most ingenuous apology I've ever had in customer service. The least she could have said was "I'm so sorry about that, the next one is on us". You never know how much a cup of coffee means to someone who needs it to get through the rest of the day, and to catch an attitude over doing your job is unacceptable. Stick to doing payroll and making schedules if you're just going to be rude to the customers that keep your location busy.

On 10/29/23, at about 3:00 PM, I ordered three drinks that were ready on time and were crafted to perfection. On the way out, my car wouldn't start. I went back and asked the employees there if they had jumper cables. Not only did the young man help me start the car with his cables, the woman asked people if the car next to mine could be moved for the jumpstart. I wish I had their names. My faith in humanity was restored.

The girl that with my coffee was so nice!She made me a hot coffee with all the ingredients that we’re supposed to be for a cold brew. And she did it and it’s so good.Unfortunately, the prices are extremely expensive. I spent almost 8 dollars for this coffee but I know it’s not their fault.Please Starbucks! Know what your prices lol because I really love you ??

Slowly but surely this location has lower down its customer service. A head ups that it will be under renovation would have been nice to alert customers to go to another location.

I work in sales and some days are not A days but man if you had the pleasure of being helped by STEVEN than you know it will all be okay haha! STEVEN has great energy, is always in a great mood, says things such as "you got this" for no reason besides being a great person!
