Disappointing experience — the owner’s greed ruined it.
I used to be a loyal customer and spent quite a bit at this store over the years. But a recent experience made it clear that the owner prioritizes profit over integrity.
When I tried to use a store-issued gift card (given as credit), I was told it was no longer valid due to a “new system.” Instead of honoring it, the owner offered a token discount — and even with that, the prices were still much higher than what you’ll find elsewhere for the exact same items.
If you find something you like here, don’t rush to buy it. Just Google the brand name — you’ll likely find it from another seller at a much better price. This store resells items sourced from Colombia, but charges a premium far beyond reasonable markup.
I’m disappointed, but I’m also glad I finally looked into what things actually cost. There are plenty of other businesses (even in Miami) with the same inventory, better pricing, and more respect for their customers

Suntouch is the best fashion store in Miami. They have beautiful, elegant and sophisticated dresses. All the clothes are spectacular and the attention is personalized, making you feel confident. I am very happy and grateful because every time I wear one of their dresses it is a total success! Thank you.
