I contracted the 5G internet service for home, in which they gave a 15-day trial. After 4 days I returned it because there was no signal at my house. They received my equipment but they never canceled my service. Now TMobile is charging me for 4 months of service in which I haven't even had the 5G mode that I returned.

New customer at T Mobile and the experience was not the best. I was pretty excited to start the service and finance the iPhone 15. All good with the iPhone and my Plan. But one of the details is that they offered me a 15-day free trial for the internet and the truth is that it runs quite well but I couldn't purchase it because the place I moved to does not have T Mobile internet coverage, so if I had 15 days FREE trial and I only used it THREE days and I canceled the internet and returned the device. My question is, why did they still charge me? It was supposed to be a trial and it seems wrong to pay for something that I couldn't use for even a month. Please be more honest when offering services so that these things do not happen. Thank you.

I went to T-Mobile store today located at 41st street and for the first time in 24 years I had the pleasure to be very well served by Josh. He was amazing ! Highly recommend!

if I could give this store negative stars I would! They’re committing fraud! Giovanni, the assistant manager tried to overcharge me $75 to restock! When on the T-Mobile website it CLEARLY STIPULATES VERBATIM “You may also be required to pay a restocking fee based on the Full Retail Price (“FRP”) of the Device as follows: $70 for devices with a FRP of $600 or more;”. ON TOP of not having been given any invoice when I purchased the phone. I then went to another T-Mobile store and they were unable to exchange the phone because I didn’t purchase it there. They did try to find the invoice for me, but needed the store location number. I called Giovanni’s store and had the call on speaker so that the associate helping me could listen. Rob answered the call, and when I asked him for the store location number he said it was 231. The associate shook her head and told me there was no way that was their store number because it had to be 4 digits. She tried 0231 and 2310 in the database and it wouldn’t come out. When I tried recalling (before 8!), absolutely no one answered, and I tried three times. I am beyond disappointed, as a member of T-Mobile since before 2010 and having over 5 lines, that they’d behave in such a despicable way. I have never received this type of customer service in all the time I’ve been a with T-mobile. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION, unless you want to be robbed.

I loved my experience with Roger. He’s so amazing helped me get all the info I needed to switch plans. I don’t know how this store could function without him his music taste is phenomenal best of the best. Gave the store such an amazing ambiance! When you go here, ask for Roger!

My Experience with this TMobile staff was excellent. Lourdes was great as well as the Manager Mike was very suportive providing me an extra support in everything I needed. Will be back for sure.
