My experience at this T mobile was just wonderful. The employees were so kind and friendly and totally took care of all my needs and explained all my questions. It was a pleasant experience and all staff should be proud of how they treat all the customers.

Terrible attention, they did not want to help me with 4 different requests, the one answer I got was that they did not know how to do it, I do not understand how they work in a company if they do not worry about anything, I went today 12/5/23 at 6pm

In 2-3 weeks I have had to go to this store to buy a new cell phone, screen protector, a chip and fix a plan and billing problem that I still can't solve, but it wasn't because of them. They have always helped me, with good spirits, polite. I prefer to go with them than call costumer service.Thanks guys!!!

be aware!!!! dont go to this tmobile location this store is privately owned its not a t-mobile corporate owned store, that means they only care about taking your money. the worst part about this store is the management specifically the manager named alejandra she is a racist person that doesnt care about customer service. i have no idea how she is a manager. i will report this business with the bbb nevertheless im filing a small claims lawsuit against the discrimination i suffered there.

Terrible service. The manager Alejandra is a super rude person. Both her and Marja, also super rude, refused to take care of my request as a client and user of T-Mobile to take my cellspot. It's unbelievable that after 5 years with Tmobile I have to experience this. Switching to Verizon now.

Geovany behaved excellently. we required several transfers of lines from another operator and despite the different problems we had with our previous provider, he was solving everything for more than 3 hours and we managed to solve all the transfers of lines and change all our phones now with T-mobile excellent service highly recommended

The manager Fernando is no help, never willing to resolve any issues. The blonde girl that works there , activate twice wrong 2 devices which she was unable go resolve and i had to resolve it in dolphin mall. I took my grandma to transfer her prepaid phone from att to T-Mobile, i was there twice and hours asking for all sorts of pins and never resolved it, went to dolphin mall snd they immediately knew that no pin was required for prepaid and transferred the line in 5 min. I have a 12pro max since 2020 and bought the screen protector with thr insurance , i change it every 3 months. Today i went and they said my screen protector was of another model, which makes no sense how could i have a screen protector of a 12pro if I have the 12pro max, and i has change it many times. The answer from fernando the manager was sorry nothing we can do. Go to a different tmobile , one with better knowledge and willingness to help.

This place does not care about helping you AT ALL. Went in to purchase 2 phones and first they didn't want to accept me because I didn't have my ID which I understand is for security purposes but I was whiling to show my social associated with my account and I had my ID on my phone. I had to get someone else who was on my account to bring their Id(i didn't have access to mine) to the be able to be attended.. Then when we start to do everything for the phone purchase the associates tablet was giving error messages and instead of asking for another tablet or asking his manager for help he said he couldn't do anything for me. Complete waist of time- terrible customer service to top off the terrible phone service you get with T-Mobile. None the less never coming to this location again and switching carriers.

Theses guys are liars. There is a law that dictates that if you buy a phone from a service provider, you must use it for 6 months before you can have it unblocked and use it with a new service provider. In this store they act d**** and they sell you the new lines and service without telling you this information. Or maybe they are just ignorant, but I doubt it. Then you have to go through the hassle of finding out that your original provider won't unlock your phone while your phone number has already changed to T-Moblie and then the nightmare goes on. What do you do then? Buy new phones from T-Mobile? A total scam!

This is the worst T-Mobile store in Doral. I tried to trade-in my old phone and they didn't bother to receive it. They just told me to ship it. A waist of my time. I visited another location nearby and the process was fast and simple. Literally it takes less than 5 min elsewhere with a much better costumer service.

When in for an upgrade and I left so happy! Geovany was the one who helped me and he was so nice and professional! Above and beyond to help find what I needed! Got a new iphone and case! He even helped me put the screen protector.

Went to switch my SIM cards from sprint to T-Mobile. Excellent customer service given by Geovany would recommend him to all my family and friends.
