It seems that they have only one computer for everything because they take way too long to make any transition. And the drive through……. bring lunch……. 30 to 35 min after being attended for a deposit with a filled deposit slip every single time. Treatment has been good so far.

This TD Bank branch will not cash a company check for none account holders over $7,000 even when they charge $10.00 for the service.. since they told me the account holders have priority and they couldn't afford to be short of cash for them.Poor customer service and policy.

Arrive at 8:30 am. I was the first customer to arrive. I asked the executive that she is sitting at one of the desks. I told her about the services I needed to do and she sent me to the cashier. And from the cashier they sent me to wait and I have almost an hour waiting for them to attend to all the customers who arrived after me. Terrible Service ! How they want more costumer . If they don’t respect what they already have .TD Bank at Doral . 3885 NW 107th Ave suite 115 Doral FL 33178. Today is May 11, 2021. After an hour Vanessa attended me and her attention was excellent. But the first person must train her. So that she treats well and respects clients' time.

Worst service ever !!!! they mention that they close at 1 pm on Saturday and that they are open on a Sunday, but this is just false advertising ! During the week is impossible for me to go because of my job ! And the weekends are the only days that I have to do things like go to the bank and stuff. Been calling since 11 am and no one picks up the phone in this location ! I needed to call to make sure that they can help me ! Because I live way too far from this location and it’s at this location that I need to do a special thing with a special service ! I want to cancel everything asap ! I hope they open as they advertise on Sunday ! Soo angry with this business and their poor service ! Horrible ! Never again AND ANOTHER IMPORTANT DETAIL ! THEY NEVER ANSWEREDTHE PHONE !! WHAT ARE THE PHONES FOR AT THIS LOCATION THEN ! JUST PLAIN HORRIBLE !! the worst part is that we the customers not only pay for this but never receive the service / support that we are paying for. JUST BAD ALL AROUND!

Bank has implemented the virtual queue for services but if you know the staff just walk right on in and they’ll help you!! I registered @ 10:23 (1st in line via queue) and 2 minutes after me a gentleman came in and sat down in waiting area. I was in line to make a deposit. I overheard him making small talk with the rep while she was helping a customer which had been there already. After my deposit I stepped outside to be courteous with keeping apart. I came in 15 mins later and that gentleman was being helped. Smh!!!If that wasn’t enough to tolerate the person that came in after him and sat down in the waiting are also was helped before me.

Omg! Worst TD BANK I’ve visited in FLORIDA ?The ATM drive thru machine is always broken and do not receive cash deposits. It looks that this place is about to shut down. I’m a TD bank customer and this is so sad. How unworried can be the people that works for a company where I have my money.

I went into this branch and I waited 40 minutes to sit down with a rep and not once was a greeted or explained the process to sit down with someone they only have 3 people working and one of them I assume is the manager was in her office without helping anyone the entire time I was waiting horrible service

The worst customer service. Half an hour waiting and I was the first one on line when they open. Long waiting, the worst customer service. Is like no person works in here and the customer are invisible.

It is the worst bank that I know.The customer service at the branch doesn’t exist.For wire transfer take five days to get it done.The call center very deficient I have personal and commercial accounts with them now closing due to the branch negligence.I really advice to keep away from td bank overall the branch located on 107 avenue in Doral. Fl

During this pandemic my husband and I have been using this bank and they've been very accommodating and helpful. We needed forms that required two people to be present but they allowed us to come separately as long as we showed valid ID. The staff were friendly and maintained proper distancing throughout our entire encounter. A great bank during these challenging times.

This bank is probably the worse I have ever gone to and it's not even my bank, I'd handle some things for my boss and just to get them on the phone was impossible, how many employees do you have that not one person can answer the phone to at least just said "one moment please" or "hold on"it just rings until a voicemail. Get it together.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. They take FOR EVER to assist you, especially in the booth. And when they're attending you, they take even longer to do everything else. Sometimes a banker has to go to the back because they can't use the front computers and you have to wait until they're done. It's just ridiculous that just to make a simple deposit I was 1 hour of my time. ABSURD
