This is the worst Customer Service I have ever seen. The Staff has no idea what Customer Service is. Slow, there is no eye contact, I was standing waiting for 30 minutes waiting to be attended to and three Agents sat at their desk just looking at a screen and they didn't even make eye contact with Me. Terrible service. If you call they never answer the phone.

You see the low ratings? That's for good reason. Went on Saturday August 24 in the morning. The teller unable to do her job, needed all 4 employees at the bank to assist her with 1 single customer. After 30 minutes in line with not a single recognition to those waiting, they finally suggested we use our phones or the ATM, Since the check I was depositing was for $16000, I didn't want to put it in the ATM. Took my money over to Space Coast Credit Union instead. I was going to say that all these employees should be fired but I think it's better to keep them there that way we know where the stupidest people work. Avoid this place.

Daniel was very nice and helpful. My daughter went to get her savings account statement and he printed it out and recommended that she be changed to be able to monitor it since she was registered as a minor isn’t able to.
The advisors were also very nice and helpful telling us what he recommended we do.

Excellent service 🇺🇸, I arrived late due to the rain on Sunday, and almost when the Bank closed 🏦 Ms. WiLLiana treated me very professionally and made me feel good!! I am grateful for having come to this branch because in other places at the bank, they have made me wait as long as I couldn't, @luisojazz
I am a professional saxophonist and I appreciate the good service! Like every human being.

30’minutes to cash my check 7/12/24 it was one car cashing a check waited 30 minutes in the drive thru, around 3:00 pm very disrespectful no costumer service I will never go to that bank again and I’m telling all me my friend how horrible experience I have 30 minutes wait time and then I told them they was slow, the manager decided not to cash my check they need more training

Today I was doing a transaction in this location and the teller girl was very professional. Her name is Williana she was very nice. I have never felt so at home at this branch. I can’t tell you how at home this employee made me feel. Thank you so much for your attention ❤️

Customer service agent was great!
Manager of the branch is what brings this rating to 1 star, Non professional, non customer service oriented
I lost half a day of work to get banking done, waited for her, and she could not come and talk to me, I saw her standing at the tellers, I asked the rep to grab her and she yelled " I cannot , I cannot"
I will continue to go to Miramar location, which is bad as i live in Doral

Today Cristina assisted me, she was helpful and her service was fast and efficient, I am very satisfied with my experience today, I practically did not expect anything to be attended to and I achieved my goal.
I also got a spot near the bank to park and there were quite a few available.

Not surprised this branch has 2.5 stars for customer satisfaction. The customer service sucks, starting with the manager. I do not recommend at all.
