This is a great tennis place. I string my tennis rackets here. They have paddle and pickle ball equipment as well. You can also demo tennis rackets with them.Friendly attendants and good sales from time to time

I placed a simple order for 2 Babolat replacement grips. One was correct, the other was the incorrect grip which I did not order. I tried calling but no one answers the phone. How difficult can it be to put a grip in a bag and ship it??

Management should teach all those kids in charge of the business some basic customer service skills. I Just bought a racquet at this place a couple of days ago. (The one they recommended me). I used it literally 5 - 10 min because it wasn’t what I expected! I came back with the idea to “demo” a Wilson Clash and a couple of better models with the idea of buying it. However I was told that they were not willing to accept the other racquet as a credit towards the new one. Or at the very least an option so I could buy my other racquet with some credit. At the end I decided I will buy it at the manufacturer’s website since they were 0 interested in giving me a good service. As a sales person myself, I’m aware that not always the customer is right! But unfortunately in this case I have to say that they did NOTHING to have a happy, satisfied client. After having no options on their end for me… for a moment I was even thinking in donating them the racquet so they could at least use it for demos or kids with no sources. But at the end I decided they did not deserve it.

Awful customer service and work. Less than a week ago they string my racket and one of the strings cut off , they did not warrant anything stating that it was a miss hit and it was actually my fault ...I would not recommend this place ever

I bought a used racquet from Javier in South Miami and I loved it. Spent half of what I wanted to and it was restrung with the savings. Great Racquet and great Job. Would highly recommend.

Called about shoes and an exchange I wanted to make. Yesenia was really helpful. But I was not informed that they were closing earlier than advertised, so i wasted my time driving to make the exchanged.

Purchased tennis gear, restring my racket, and got extra tennis balls today. Spoke to the 2 raquet specialists and they were really helpful. Excellent service by the cashiers Laura and Yesenia. Overall a great experience and will definitely come back and recommend

I've had great past experiences in the Doral store. This is my go-to for buying new racquets and re-string jobs. However it would be a bummer for the following to be a re-occurring experience and hopefully it gets corrected; dropped in two rackets to be re-strung and I left the dampeners on. Went in later in the day almost at closing to pick them up and by my own fault, overlooked to check in-detail the finished product while at the store. Long story short, the dampeners (Yonex) were missing. No biggie. The main issue however, one of the racquets had the end-knots tied at the wrong positions. The second one had them backwards. That was a major let down, specially since the entire procedure costed almost $90.00. I can give a pass to the young employees, who overall did an good job; but please understand the proper manufacturer-recommended stringing procedures.
