“I don't typically write reviews but had to take a moment to tell others what great service I received at Advanced Auto Diagnostics. I worked with David, and I really appreciated that he communicated with me every step of the way. He also spoke English, which was an extra bonus for me since I don't speak Spanish. I know this isn't important to everyone but when you are discussing a car with someone and they can understand what you are saying when you don't really know what your talking about is critical.
His team evaluated my car and he called me to walk through what was wrong and what he recommended. There were a few things they could have done that weren't necessary and he was up front about that so I could decide if I wanted to spend the money. My car drives like new! Oh...and then they followed up with me to make sure everything was good! Bonus! I will be taking my car there for all of my future service needs! Highly recommended!!”

“Casey and Miguel are awesome. Getting tires rotated and they found that all the lug nuts were stripped. They were special lug nuts and Miguel got in his truck and went on the hunt to find them for me at 6:30pm after Casey kept getting put on hold by the auto parts stores.I live 4 hours away and really appreciate them going the extra mile to ensure that I was not stuck without a vehicle.”
“Update May 15,2024 The employees in this location are very helpful and they make reasonable recommendations and repairs in a timely manner and what to expect on the follow up.Staff and technicians were very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable on the troubleshooting questions they gave me the advice and suggestions on what to do and what not to and they told me anything I need to go back so yes I recommend this service shop for any auto repair.Update May 13,2023 this shop excellent and very helpful on all the technical needs for your vehicle.”
“A light mechanics workshop, this is located in the Doral area, the prices are average for all services, you have the option of the offers they offer monthly. The only detail is the waiting time, sometimes they make you wait too long, even if you have an appointment, I'm even talking about something as simple as an oil change. I recommend that you organize and improve the issue of waiting times.”
