“Went in to get the car battery replaced and the mechanic who attended my car was cordial and friendly. Service was performed timely as I was out in less than an hour despite being walk-in. Charges were $80 for labor, $10 for supplies, and $180 for the battery which was reasonable as the battery has a 3 year warranty. As the temperature has been cooling, they provided complimentary air filling of tires which was thoughtful. Definitely plan to come back for future repairs.”

“UPDATE: Russo Tires called me and a technician went to my truck to check the oil pressure issue, it ended up not being related to the oil change. The issue seems to be with the throttle actuator control system, which is stuck. The staff at Russo Tires were courteous and very helpful. Thank you!I left my truck for an oil change on Monday, picked up on Tuesday, and today (Saturday) I arrived at a party and as soon as I parked I get the low oil pressure warning light, for the first time after owning the truck for 7 years. Not sure what’s happening, I’ll have to tow it home and then tow it to them on Monday. I hope they reimburse me if this is their fault.”

“Trust earned - Return customer.A neighbor and longtime customer recommended this shop last summer when I was new to the area and in need of repairs for my 13-year-old BMW 335. Their designated BMW mechanic successfully replaced the main oil seal on-time and on-estimate. This week, I took the car back to fix a new oil leak (valve cover gasket). When the oil leak was diagnosed, the mechanic invited me into the garage so that I could verify that the previously replaced main seal was not leaking, and also visually confirm that the valve cover seal was leaking. The repair was scheduled so that the same designated BMW mechanic could perform the repair. Along with new tires and an alignment, the repair work was completed earlier than expected and on-estimate.All of the mechanics I have interacted with have been courteous and professional. Offer them respect, apply the Golden Rule as a customer, and they will take good care of you and your vehicle in return.”

“Great service and friendly, respectful staff. I had a nail in my front tire and needed it patched .Chris, at the front desk, was able to accommodate us and within 45 min we were out of there. The owner was nice enough to get me a " cortadito" at a nearby Cuban cafeteria. Robert, who also helped us, was very kind and is a dog lover. Needless to say, the shop was pet friendly since we had our Pomeranian and Yorkie with us. For sure, I will go back if I need further work done in my car.”
