“I don't typically write reviews but had to take a moment to tell others what great service I received at Advanced Auto Diagnostics. I worked with David, and I really appreciated that he communicated with me every step of the way. He also spoke English, which was an extra bonus for me since I don't speak Spanish. I know this isn't important to everyone but when you are discussing a car with someone and they can understand what you are saying when you don't really know what your talking about is critical.
His team evaluated my car and he called me to walk through what was wrong and what he recommended. There were a few things they could have done that weren't necessary and he was up front about that so I could decide if I wanted to spend the money. My car drives like new! Oh...and then they followed up with me to make sure everything was good! Bonus! I will be taking my car there for all of my future service needs! Highly recommended!!”
“Went in to have three cars serviced. My car, my daughter’s car and my wife’s car. We got new shocks on two cars and on the third they repaired a leak on my cooling system (the thermostat was leaking). Great service from the everyone. The two managers Lance and Casey were great, and the two mechanics Austin and George were fantastic as well. I had received quotes for the same work on all three cars from the dealership and it was more than triple the price. The service was great, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they got us in and out fairly quickly considering we had to have repair work done on all three vehicles.
I cannot recommend this location enough. I will be back in a few weeks for an oil change on my car as well as breaks and tires on my wife’s car. If your car is need of tires or any kind of service, I would highly recommend this particular Tire Kingdom. 5 stars.”
