“Wow, Luis is a great guy. Super communicative, honest work, fair prices, and extremely transparent. I actually went to 2 different mechanics prior to coming here and wish I had come here sooner. He’s earned my business forever and will refer all my friends and family. I had a loud hum that I suspected was the U joint in my 2003 Conversion Van (hard to get anyone to wanna look at this vintage beauty to begin with). He took a test drive with me, unlike the other mechanics who didn’t even want to do this part. Immediately diagnosed this and confirmed my suspicions, which other mechanics told me were due to other issues and would have cost wayyy more money to not even fix the root cause. Some mechanics don’t want to give you the time of day and try to upsell you on things they can fix instead. Luis is not that guy. He will work with you, find it and fix it. You will be happy with him and his team. Awesome personality too. Clean space, good area to get a meal and a coffee if you want to wait for your vehicle. Took my problem there and he was able to fix it the same day. 100% recommend this spot.”

“I don't typically write reviews but had to take a moment to tell others what great service I received at Advanced Auto Diagnostics. I worked with David, and I really appreciated that he communicated with me every step of the way. He also spoke English, which was an extra bonus for me since I don't speak Spanish. I know this isn't important to everyone but when you are discussing a car with someone and they can understand what you are saying when you don't really know what your talking about is critical.
His team evaluated my car and he called me to walk through what was wrong and what he recommended. There were a few things they could have done that weren't necessary and he was up front about that so I could decide if I wanted to spend the money. My car drives like new! Oh...and then they followed up with me to make sure everything was good! Bonus! I will be taking my car there for all of my future service needs! Highly recommended!!”
