This is a scam, please stay away. They will force you to purchase additional insurance by telling you need 300K in insurance to lease an economy car. Also, even though the reservation clearly states "Unlimited Millage" they will say there is a limit of 100 miles per day if you are a resident of FL, and that you should have read that on page 74 of a odf you never received when you made the reservation. I just left and rented somewhere else, these people are thieves.

Worst service. After coming to their parking they asked for another $45 per day for insurance. Better not to come here.

The customer service sucks. They give you a price online and then on the pick up they start charging more. Tried to use my insurance that they told on the phone that I could use but couldn't because they say you need a $500k insurance for a economy rental which is ridiculous even the insurance company said so because that is a car insurance for luxury cars. I made the change to my policy and when I told them I made the change they told me that I need to have it for at least 30 days. They are a legit scam company.

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!! first of all they overcharged us a ridiculous amount. second they gave us a brand new car and the key stopped working. they didn't answer their phone to the over 50 calls my friends and I made. we paid 550 dollars to get a key made, when taking it back they told us that we would have to pay an extra 250 dollars to get a key made from the dealership. They are rude, unaccommodating, and dishonest. DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

Claim to have military discount online but do not offer any discount what so ever. Advertised a price at 189.00 however added over 170.00 dollars in other fees. Did not direct my family to the car, did not do a initial walk around of the vehicle to look for damages. I personal had to report to the front desk all the damages in fear they would try to charge me after. Vehicle had warning lights on the entire time. Over all will not use this car rental service again.

Please DO NOT rent from w.e this "business" is. They make you put the $250 "secure deposit" and they leave it on hold until you return the car. After I returned the car its been 2 weeks and I still haven't received my money. I call and call and call and no one ever answer. Please do not get any rentals from these people.

I want to follow up on a recent car rental experience I had with USAVE. Invoice No.: WSV0020285. I have rented cars from all over the USA and other countries as well. When I was picking up the car from Miami USAVE agent was extremely rude. He asked about my car insurance and when I provided them, he told me it wasn’t good enough and wanted more verification and made a call State Farm. (When I did the booking, I called usave Miami and confirmed my car insurance was good enough) I don’t mind that but he did not follow any COIVD safety protocols. He used my phone to talk to state farm agent and didn’t even bother to wipe my phone down after using it. The USAVE agent failing to sell me usave car insurance he tricked me into buying TOLL pass without giving me any information about it even after I told him I will not be using the car that much. This is not good customer service from the usave agent to trick people into selling unwanted items.

We reserved a minivan 5 months in advance of our trip. We confirmed our minivan reservation 2 weeks in advance of our trip. Upon arrival, we were told no minivan was available but we could have a small/midsize car. When we were told there would be a $1000 deposit, we walked out.

First, horrible service. The guy that was helping us was NOT wearing a face mask or face covering. When he went to get in a rental car he wasn't wearing any face mask, and he was walking around the lobby without it as well when there are clear signs that everyone must wear face covering to enter the office. He didn't try to help us further, so we took our business somewhere else. Honestly, I'd much rather pay $20 extra for convenience. Oh, and also there's a reason why it's so cheap and it's because they lure you with low rental price but then hit you with all the other hidden charges that they don't talk about prior the renting.

Bad bad bad , been overcharged and the car was from 2010 or 11 with almost 160K miles
