Last Friday I dropped off a package next day Air. My package not arrived on Saturday and the tracking not shows as the package was dropped of by customer on the store. So my package is lost.

My first time visiting this UPS store and the best experience I have had by far! I was attended by Jose, who truly embodies the characteristics of a star employee. He assisted me with a large return, and was attentive and caring throughout the process. He is an admirable worker that truly enjoys helping others and making connections. During the time he serviced me, he greeted multiple customers whom I could tell he had built rapport with. Overall, great experience and an even better interaction with the top employee, Jose!

I had a really great experience working with Jose! He talked to me on the phone about a print order for an important event I am in town for, and he was very friendly and professional. Mary did an excellent job on the print order and it was ready for me when I came into the store. Thanks UPS Doral!

I emailed this store on a weekday morning requesting simple 8.5x11 prints and one retractable banner. When I called to confirm my order I was immediately placed on hold which lasted for 20 minutes until I hung up and called again. When I called again I told them I was checking to see if they received my email and they placed me on another 10 minute hold without ever picking back up. Seems like they just do not want the business. During the time that I waited on hold I was able to place an order with a nearby FedEx shop who assured me that they received it and could have it done soon.
