Super bad staff I went there and I asked for help and they didn’t even try to pay attention to me, they didn’t even finish with me and they started talking to another costumer, they were messing around between them. Really bad staff, I won’t go there anymore

I came in last minute, and Eric and Brayan were incredibly patient and helpful with my returns and printing. Their customer service was outstanding — they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciate their professionalism and kindness. Love this store and will definitely be coming back!

Great experience, sent a few packages express and the Manager Eric helped me get a refund from ups couple times because they arrived a few hours late. And helped me notarize documents all last minute before closing at 7pm. Highly recommended if you need important legal documents done

I don’t care what the reviews say. These guys in this store work hard every day and give great customer service. It’s a shame that they have cold hearted customers showing up last minute before closing with a lot of Amazon returns. It’s pretty inconsiderate for these customers chastising these hard workers. Nowadays people dont empathize with workers at the end of day these are human beings

They closed early—five minutes before the stated time. They kicked me out of the store and refused to take the package. I think it’s disrespectful to say they close at seven but then shut the doors on customers before that and force them to leave.
If anyone knows who I can report this to, please let me know. It’s unbelievable that things like this are allowed to happen.

Even though the place is not too big and has lots of packages/stacking next to the entrance(looks not too organized) , I still like it and give it five star because the staff is very friendly and handles my orders professionally, which is the most important thing for the business. Also, The parking lot is not too busy and easy to find parking.

Avoid this location at all costs. I paid for next day air service, but the store somehow “forgot” to hand the package to UPS, so the item did not make it in time. When I called the UPS Store, the clerk was dismissive and hung up the phone on me. Unbelievably rude.

I got there at 6:55pm (time on my phone), they are supposed to close at 7pm, it was already closed. The guy inside was just sitting in top of the counter and just signaled me to come back tomorrow, It took me 15 minutes to get there. Basically wasted my time. Super unprofessional, never will bring back any packages to this store.

I left a package there with 2 devices, very expensive devices. They told me that the box was too small, and they will repackage the items on smaller box to protect the devices and I trusted them. Today my vendor is telling me that they only received one device instead of 2, I been doing business with my vendors for over 10 years, and we never had any issues with any of our shipping or transactions. Make sure you get your proof from this store, no one knows where my other device is.
