We went this past Thursday to have a package delivered next day. Regina was on the phone having a personal conversation and taking my package and placed it down on the counter mind you she is still on a personal call. then she guarantees me (that the package that I paid a fee for next day delivery ) will be deliver the following day (Friday) before noon. Well guess what?? due to her lack of professionalism my package was not delivered the next day and the packaged was never scanned for delivery. So I call back Friday afternoon she then places me on a long hold and told me to call back which I did 3x to tell me " oh I do not know what happened packaged never left our building" I then said we paid for next day delivery now what, she guaranteed me the package will be delivered first thing in the morning which would have been on Saturday. I then called back on Saturday because I see online that the package will be delivered on Monday the 6h before noon. When I called back Andrea did not know how to answer my questions all she said was for me to call customer service 800 number and that Regina will be in Monday morning for me to call back. The point is If you pay for next day delivery then it should be delivered the next day. Not to be on a personal phone call while a client is dropping off an important package. all they could say is "don't worry you will get your refund". That was not the point the point is you do not know if I had a deadline to have that package delivered and with a supervisor by the name of Regina with her lack of professionalism imagine how that business is being ran. The staff needs to change and be more attentive with our packages!

I've had a PO box here for years, and the service is top-notch. Never had any issues dropping off Amazon packages—they make it quick and easy. Friendly staff and reliable service.

This store will continue charging you after you cancel without permission and agreement. Have photos and videos of returning key to front door and mailbox and canceling service. Yet, I still got charged after trying to speak to manager many times. The store changed the lock on front door and did not notify me or send me a new key. Poor customer service and will continue charging you after you cancel without permission and agreement.

Staff is under trained and completely unaware of what they are supposed to do. I came in to drop off an AT&T item that AT&T specifically told me to take the UPS store and they would not accept it.

I can't recommend the UPS Store. Their customer service isn't very helpful nor flexible. What's the use in that. Look for something else.

I have been here more than once and it is always a pleasant experience, The staff is great and the store is well equipped to make sure whatever you need for packing and shipping is available. Most of the time I just walk in and walk out with what I needed to get done and this is worth a good review for me

Best UPS store! customer service is excellent. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Alexa is very sweet took her time to explain the process to me and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will be recommending my friends to this store.

Love this store and their customer service! Alexa is very knowledgeable and friendly not to mention very polite and sweet. She took care of everything and literally it only took 5 minutes. I was on my lunch break from work and did not have to wait long. Great Store!

I wanted to take a moment to write this review so I can give credit where it’s due. A week ago I had to go to UPS to do a delivery. I had no idea how the process was so I went in there clueless. As soon as I walked in, one of the employees, his name is Humberto (I even remember his name from how nice and genuine he was) he was extremely attentive, taking his time to explain how the process was, without complaining once. It was a very pleasant visit. Keep up the good work, Humberto!
