"I had a very unpleasant experience at this store due to the poor customer service. The staff was extremely rude and responded in an inappropriate tone when I tried to raise my concerns. I don't understand the bad reviews. The girl who helped me was super friendly and decisive. And the other 2 ladies also looked good. Always with a smile.

Several times they keep the packages or deliver them incorrectly, and once the courier signed as if she had done it, I used my initials, I made the report but nothing happens, the truth is I don't know what can be done because they do things very badly, I don't know. Whether on purpose or not they are qualified to provide this service, I made a claim and they did not resolve anything, today I lost another package

Paid for next day air and my package still day label created but not yet in the system. It’s been like this for three days now. When I try to call they hang up on me. How can a package simply disappear with no explanation ??? I will be contacting the postal regulatory commission today and I encourage everyone else that has been a victim of these people to do the same.

For the second time now in a short span of time I have had to schedule a redelivery from this office simply because the couriers made no attempt to deliver my package. It was scheduled for today, arrived at the office yesterday and was never sent out for delivery. I find it insane that they can’t do their one job, which is to deliver packages and instead of trying again the next day they put the full responsibility on my to request a second attempt at the service I paid for. This office is not being managed properly. Avoid it if at all possible.

Then new norm is that the packages now says available for pick up and they hold it for few days and if you don't go and pick the package up then they deliver it to your house. Horrible location
