The pharmacy drive thru is the most unorganized ever , spent over 45 min in the line to drop off a prescription , by the time I actually made it to the work doe , it took another 15 min for someone to realize I was there !

The worst service. They process medical prescriptions very slowly, something as important as an antibiotic is almost impossible to have on the same day, you have to wait up to two days. For me the worst pharmacy.

Too bad there’s no ZERO STAR rating. This has become the pharmacy from hell as of a couple years ago. Will neglect to register or refill prescriptions, blaming “insurance” or “your doctor” for their own, pretty much systematic failures. Their automatic (recording based) service is a in perpetual malfunction and 90% of the time you will have no access to a live person on the phone, the tape will say they’re busy with other customers. They lie a lot, practically about everything you ask about, and they often seem to ignore, misplace or lose orders for medication. Staffers can be nice and embarrassed or defensive and rude, either way you almost never will get the medicine you need. I’ve counted as much as ten cars in the drive thru, which is a cruel joke. In short: stay away from this pharmacy at all costs, it will make you sick.

Understaff and everything takes 10 times longer then it should. Staff seems to hate working here and when asking a questions, it seems like their doing you a huge favor!!

Almost forgot to write this review.During my first night during my vacation in Miami, I needed to buy some things at a drug store. My brother had cut himself and we needed some bactine and bandaids. I also needed some sodas for our stay. I did not want to go to the store, so i ordered thru Doordash to this Walgreens. The prices were a bit high but I was not willing to shop around. Still, I got what we needed, so that is the important part.

Got a phone call and got a text message that my prescription was ready. Drove to Walgreens and got in the drive-through lane. 25 minutes later, I was at the window. Provided the necessary information and they started looking. Nine cars behind me waiting. It is so sad that their system is so poorly organized. Finally they found it 30 minutes later. Such poor service.

I called to transfer a prescription from Publix to this Walgreens. I went the week after to pick it up to find out they had never called the Publix to transfer it. I'd rather pay the extra couple of dollars at Publix pharmacy than have to deal with the incompetent and lazy workers here.

It's the worst managed Walgreens I have ever visited. Only one cashier was active while the others were in the back room. The phone at the pharmacy is not answered. I called numerous times the night before, only to be placed on hold by the automated answering service. When I called again in the morning, the phone just rang and rang. At the store, I asked for assistance but no one knew how to help me. If Corporate is reading this, please, PLEASE, fix this store!! It was an awful experience and it's very often like this.

I used to have a very nice service here until today (I'm just leaving) when I went with my husband to pick up a prescription. There is a mature guy in the pharmacy (the first time I see him) that seems to be so angry and seems he doesn't like to work with patients. He was not polite at all, rude, it was so difficult to understand what he was trying to tell us. I asked him to pay for some cosmetics after my husband pay for his prescription, and he just left the counter without even paying attention like a little angry kid! The worst experience I ever had here Usually, the staff in this location are very polite and provide excellent service but this guy was the worst experience I ever have had in any Walgreens location!!!!! He shouldn't be at the front desk taking care of patients/customers.

Nothing is more irritating than a pharmacy who refuses to answer phone. That’s the reason they always have massive wait lines. Half the people don’t even know if their prescription were received or made so they need to come back multiple times a day to check. ALL Miami CVS/Walgreens customer service is south american quality. Please contact the corporate office like I did so we can get the managers fired. Leaving a review on google wont do anything.

THE WORST PHARMACY EVER!!! Avoid going at all costs. After being on hold for 1 HOUR, they while chitchatting, simply hang up on me. Going there is even worse, slowest, rudest humans on the planet make you wait FOREVER to get your medication, no matter how urgently you need it. Save yourself a headache and the aggravation and go somewhere else!!!

Terrible service. Delays on prescription. I did go about an hour after the time promised. Make the line to pick up my prescription and after waiting in the line for 40 minutes they said the prescription is not ready.They have promised that the prescription was going to be ready in two hours. I went back home and two hours later made the stupid drive through line for about an hour ( 10 people in the line standing inside the store)This is customer losing strategy I believe they do not have the ability to provide neither customer service nor prescription medication.

This is a duplicate listing. The main pharmacist that works here is an arrogant, sociopath. My husband had an appointment for the PCR test this morning. He arrived 15 minutes earlier and the pharmacy staff refused to assist my husband. We had ordered 4 boxes of the Rapid Tests and the order was not even ready. We had to escalate this matter and only then was my husband allowed to do the PCR test, 15 minutes late. Horrible pharmacy. We will never return here again!

So I come here at 1 o'clock to drop off a prescription they told me it won't be ready till later on tonight so I said perfect I'll pass by at seven. I come by at 7 PM Nani tell me oh we never got the prescription you guys called CVS to get the prescription and you didn't run it so they told me only the pharmacies can do this I'll come back in 20 minutes while he's finishing lunch OK. I come back in 20 minutes then they tell me they can't get the prescription because they can't fax it to go to another Walgreens. Are you kidding me you've been making me do this run around since 1 o'clock these are the worst pharmacy techs and pharmacist I've ever come across. I hope corporate reasons and fires everybody and get some people who really wanna work and help other people
