18 people waiting in line and 20 cars backed up in the drive-thru pharmacy is not normal. The wait time was completely unacceptable and there was no sense of urgency from management. The worst pharmacy service, both in-store and at the drive-thru. It's incredibly slow and they don't care that the patient has to wait.
