They do not have a system enabled to make an appointment and the page does not work and you come directly where they cannot make an appointment either...many people who do not give you a solution...one answer is that it cannot be done and that's it.

Horrible Service, unfriendly personnel, won't let you open an account without making an appointment on their website... that doesn't work properly. Better to choose another bank, these people don't want to work.

I have been with Wells Fargo for years. Corrupt CEO and terrible customer service. Please take my advice and don't bank here. I waited on hold for 1 hour trying to talk to someone about my card claim

I went to this branch today to make a deposit. I must mentioned that I've being a client since 2006 and Wells Fargo is a very respectful and trustworthy institution, however I guess there's always a first time. This morning when I went to this branch I was shocked by the rudeness and tremendous lack of courtesy that the teller showed. I was very upset to see her name, older Hispanic lady, possibly Venezuelan or Colombian, short early to mid 60s. When I requested to speak with the supervisor, it got even better, I was discussed by her absolute lack of knowledge of the bank policies and does and dont's, lack of success and supervision, I was pretty much told in my face that I was wrong and she was right and I quote. I'm soooooo upset that I'm seriously considering and looking into going to another banking institution all together. Maybe I'm not that important to Wells Fargo, or you guys are simply becoming another Chase Bank. I hope that this message reaches the right person and amends are done. You should must definitely, with all due respect better evaluate the people that represents such a respectful institution and have them train and better qualified. Thanks in advance.
