I had an appointment at 3pm. After 10min of waiting, I asked if I would be helped soon, mentioning I had an appoint scheduled 10m before. They told me I would be helped soon - that was not the case. Past 4pm someone finally said person A would help me - then they had to ask person B to help me because person A had someone else to help. It took me 1 and a half hours to get a 10m process done.I will not be returning to this Wells Fargo branch as the service is so poor - not from a perspective of being rude, but inefficient and careless.Of course, they did not apologize.

Terrible and rude service. Utter disgrace to the brand it used to be.You would expect that they would care to open a new account, but for the last two months we only hear excuses why it is not possible.The Wells Fargo branch in Florida.

This is by far the worst branch of a WF that I’ve encounter. Customer service is non existent. Is basically like the employee make up “rules and laws” to not help you… came in for a simple notary stamp (I am notary myself) and something that takes about a minute they make wait for hours and when the person finally sees you, makes up fakes rules of why they can’t notarize the document.Last time was with a wire and before that was with a claim.This so called branch should be nothing more than an ATM…..AJ thank you for the fast response.damage dis done and I really don't have the time nor the interest to further dwell on what happened.

Tengo una cuenta con Wells Fargo ! El personal del banco súper agradable ! El mensaje que dejare negativo va dirigido a la gerencia del banco los dueños y sus políticas ! Me están cobrando 31 $ por cancelar un cheque que envíe a otra persona en otro banco ! Pero no me garantizan que lo cancelaran !! O sea buenos para cobrar pero no para ejecutar ! Si yo llamo para cancelar un cheque que compré y deposite a otra persona en la basura del banco Bank of America ! Y se están tardando 10 días para pagar ! Y de paso ellos me dijeron que lo liberarían en 24 a 48 horas! No en 10 días ! Es una irresponsabilidad del banco Bank of America pero de Wells Fargo por no cancelar un cheque que no están liberando pronto !! Mal de parte de las políticas del banco ! Buenos para cobrar lentos para ejecutar una acción ! Estoy bien molesto y del servicio que hoy Wells Fargo no me ayudo a cancelar un cheque . Giovanni arenas

La idea es ayudar a resolver los problemas de los clientes y un buen trato.
