We could not have asked for a more perfect venue for our wedding than Cross Creek Ranch! From the very beginning, we were captivated by the country charm of the venue, particularly the stunning outdoor area and the gorgeous greenhouse where we exchanged our vows. The rustic elegance and natural beauty of the surroundings set the perfect backdrop for our special day.
1. Setting & Atmosphere
The venue's country aesthetic was exactly what we envisioned. The outdoor spaces, especially the greenhouse, provided such a magical, intimate setting for our ceremony. It felt like a dream to get married just in front of it, with nature all around us. The entire venue, with its beautiful landscaping and well-maintained grounds, offered us the kind of serene and romantic atmosphere we had always wanted.
2. Service & Staff
The team at Cross Creek Ranch went above and beyond to ensure everything was flawless. From our first phone call and video tour to the final details on the wedding day, their level of communication and organization was outstanding. They helped us select the perfect decor, cake, and menu, guiding us through every step with care and expertise.
On the wedding day itself, the attention to detail was beyond our expectations. The team was incredibly thoughtful, making sure that we had the necessary time after the ceremony—not just for photos but also for some quiet, much-needed alone time as a couple. This thoughtful gesture made the day feel even more special.
3. The Bridal Suite & Amenities
The beautiful house where I got ready was the perfect setting to start the day. It was spacious, well-appointed, and had everything I could possibly need to get ready in comfort. From the mirrors to the cozy atmosphere, I felt completely at ease, surrounded by everything I needed for a stress-free prep.
4. Overall Experience
We are beyond grateful for the amazing team at Cross Creek Ranch for making our wedding day so memorable. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly set them apart. Every moment felt personalized and designed to make our experience perfect. If you’re looking for a venue that combines beauty, exceptional service, and thoughtful touches, we cannot recommend Cross Creek Ranch enough. I couldn’t be happier with Cross Creek Ranch and everything they did to make my wedding absolutely perfect. The vendors provided in the package—food, cake, music, and floral—were equally exceptional and exceeded my expectations.
On the day of the wedding, everything ran smoothly. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure every detail was taken care of. The venue looked breathtaking, exactly as I had envisioned. The design assistant, Andrea, the lead coordinator, Amber, and the entire team at Cross Creek Ranch made my dream wedding a reality!

My family and I have attended weddings all around the globe and might I add, having our daughters ceremony at Cross Country was the best experience ever. The Absolute Best we have ever attended
From the second we made our phone call to just inquire about the details all the way to ending the night with sparkles was a great success, the best experience
The venue was so clean, don’t even get me started on the whole staff.
They took cared of our elders like they were their own. The food was absolutely delicious, Valerie and the staff were the best in the business and my niece, who was recently engaged was at first talking about having her wedding in NY, once attending last night and being a witness to what Valerie and her team are capable of she is now discussing having her wedding here
The DJ, oh my goodness the DJ, the waitress, the waiters, the golf cart angels etc etc etc
I wouldn’t have changed one of anything.
Val and her angels made my daughter’s dream wedding come through.
Cross Country, keep doing what you LOVE doing, it shows that you love doing what you’re doing and so passionate about it
My guests advised my husband and I that it was the best wedding that they have ever attended.

I have been so blessed to have attended a wedding here, as well as get the opportunity to second shoot 3 weddings here.
The staff literally thinks of everything, from checking on you getting ready, to having fans for the couples to say cool on hott days, and even bug spray.
The details are the reception NEVER disappoint and always look like they came out of a magazine!
I see how attentive they are to their couples as well as for vendors: you never have to ask to be fed!
10/10 would recommend Cross Creek Ranch!

I recently got married at this venue on March 8, 2024 and my day couldn’t have been more magical. I had Valerie as my lead coordinator, who was simply amazing and made sure my day ran as smoothly as possible. My day went so amazingly well that if anything had even gone wrong, I wouldn’t even know. Valerie and her team made me and my guests feel like family. Everyone was so kind and accommodating and were always around to assist when something was needed, even when nothing was needed at all! I wish that everyone could have a Valerie for their lead coordinator, that is just how happy I am! Our guests raved about the food, the dance floor was always full, the music was amazing. I had DJ Rafael who was incredible, most weddings I go to you can’t even understand the dj because of the muffling but everything was clear and perfect. The only negative I have to say is that it goes by so fast! I wish the night would’ve lasted forever!

My experience with Cross Creek Ranch was spectacular. I give them a 10/10. My husband and I are from Maine working with Cross Creek almost entirely remotely; the experience with planning was seamless. They are an all-inclusive venue, meaning they have vetted venders they work with that I did not have to go find, such as the fresh florals (Elsa is perfection and saw my vision), the DJ (DJ PT was so on top of his game and kept the party going), VESH (everyone raved about dinner), Alessi (my gluten free cake and the whole dessert bar was demolished by my guests), decor/ design of the whole wedding (Lisa saw my vision with the help of Pinterest and gave me a beautiful design), and my lead coordinator (Valerie with the assistance of Holly were a dream team; I did not worry about ANYTHING the day of my wedding). I basically only had to find my photographer, alcohol, hair/make up, and transportation for my guests independently. The whole team at Cross Creek was very responsive and quick throughout the whole process; they answered all my questions and helped me every step of the way. I spoke to many people along the way, but everything was written in my portal and everyone seemed to have great communication that there was nothing missing or have fallen through the cracks. I felt like I could reach out to any of them at any time during planning and they were able to help. The whole team was professional, but SO welcoming and accommodating. They really listened to my ideas. My wedding was a DREAM, despite being on a pretty low personal budget. Another great thing about Cross Creek Ranch is you are able to have a STUNNING wedding on a strict budget, like I did; it is very affordable. If I had to do it all over again, I would pick Cross Creek Ranch again. THANK YOU all for giving me and my husband a gorgeous wedding and it was great working with you. I wish you all the best.

I can’t even begin to describe what an amazing venue Cross Creek Ranch is! From the very beginning they were responsive and extremely helpful throughout the entire wedding planning experience. My husband and I had the most magical wedding! It was absolutely perfect. The food, drinks, music, desserts, and decorations were perfect. Our guests haven’t stopped raving about our wedding! I wanted to give a special thank you to Valerie, our wedding day coordinator! She is AMAZING!! And I mean that wholeheartedly! The entire staff that worked our wedding were phenomenal!If I could give 100 stars I would! If you are looking for an all inclusive wedding venue, I promise you will not be disappointed with Cross Creek Ranch!

I went to my nieces wedding Karlie and Elliot Gilbert last night and wow it was so beautiful! From the time I we got there it was like everyone was on spot (staff) directing us to the right places that we needed to go. To the wedding and then, then to the appetizers to the drinks hats off it was amazing. The dinner was spot on I’m a big foodie so yes it was amazing!!!As I was standing there, I had a lady approached me and asked me if I needed a chair because apparently my feet look like they were hurting me. It was Valerie she was so amazing and taking care of everybody, not only they were taking care of the bride they also took care of all the people that were there. I, was in this business for nine years, so I understand how hard they work, and to take care of everybody they went above and beyond ! Thank you all so much!!! Melinda Thomas the fun Aunt!!?

I attended Cross Creek Ranch for my niece’s wedding. It was absolutely perfect!! Not only is this a gorgeous venue, the staff were unbelievably accommodating. From the guard at the front, bar tender and waitress/waiters, everyone was on their “A” game: friendly and willing to help. However, the coordinator, Valarie, I would give 10 stars. She went above and beyond to make sure every guest was catered to during the whole event. As the sun went down, I was cold, Valarie went and got her personal jacket to ensure I was comfortable during the rest of the reception. No matter what we were in need of, Valarie delivered! With a great personality and love to boot! I have never felt so comfortable at an event with the attention to detail as it was with the Cross Creek staff. I would highly recommend Cross creek to anyone in need of a great venue. And please!!!!! Do yourself a favor, ask for Valarie… she is priceless!! ❤️❤️

Our wedding day was the most amazing day ever!!! We have been planning our wedding for 2 years, so my expectations were quite high when it came to how the day would go. It was absolutely perfect! Cross Creek is the most beautiful venue and there were so many people working to make sure our day went smoothly. Me and my husband felt very taken care of on our wedding day, but also throughout the entire process of wedding planning. People would ask me if I was stressed about wedding planning and the honest answer was always no because Cross Creek does it all for you!! They really nailed my vision for our day, which is saying something because I am very picky. Our wedding coordinator, Holly, was amazing! All of our guests were very impressed with the venue and the staff. If you are looking for a gorgeous all inclusive venue where they really take care of you, look no further than Cross Creek.
