I'm the manager of this store located at 13289 US Highway 92 near General RV. I've seen some posts on here about employee turnover, not true, I've had just about the same crew for the past 6+ months. We do, at times have employees from other stores come to help out but I've had the same 8 employees for a long time.
I've also seen posts about my doing scans wrong because we don't have the dog food or whatever that the person wants. Again, the store can scan and put that we have 0 in inventory but if the DC ( distribution center ) doesn't have it, we won't get it.
When I took over this store a year ago, you couldn't walk through most of the aisles, nothing was set right as far as all our seasonal areas and the back room was PACKED with rolltainers full of unworked product and overstock. I and my current crew have turned this store around 100%. 95% of the stuff that I'm out of stock on is because of the DC. You can get through every aisle every single day and all of my employees have been retrained to provide exceptional customer service. Anyone needing to speak to the manager please ask for Ms. Sandra and I'll be happy to help and on those rare days that I'm not my Assistant manager will do the same.

This the WORST dollar general EVER!! ALWAYS out of EVERYTHING(bread, milk,sugar, pet food) I live less than a mile away, and several times I have had to go elsewhere because the doors are locked mid day. I do not understand how a business can operate like this

Not sure who the manager is running this store but they need to get a new one. The employee turn over is extreme. Very unisyto see an employee working for weeks. I never see the same people whivh tells you management is impossible to work for or people would stay. He/she also chooses the store hours. Closing early/ opening late. Not sure why DG continues to build more instead of making sure the established stores run great. You DONT want my opinion on DG store off MLK dover. That's the worse ever. Should year that place down.

Disappointed they where a great store . But sadly they don't open on time we waited til 8 :12 to for the doors to open us and 2 other people in there cars .This store says online and on the paper on the doors they open at 8am . Honestly we as people all have stuff to do they should hire more reliable people to open on the mornings . Other then that great clean store .

I reviewed this establishment once and the review has disappeared. That's because I've made it aware they have some serious price gouging problems. 4th of July they raise the ice up a dollar knowing people would buy it. They also only carry cooking water you cannot find any actual good drinking water or in gallons so don't waste your time it's overpriced anyway. I was very disappointed since this is one of my closest locations but there's enough around so I don't have to go there.

Went to this establishment and felt completely disrespected by the cashier(Nate was his name) He obviously does not pay attention to clientele as I've been living here for over 10 years and have been coming to the place since they opened. Refused to take my money saying "I'm not taking that" vs "do you have anything smaller?" It was really uncalled for and I felt targeted. Need to train employees how to properly interact with guests to make them feel accepted and valued.

Two weeks in a row place has not stocked large bags of cat food but the idiots are stocking big bags of dog food that need no more as shelves are full of the dog food looks like they could use better management since they’re ordering the wrong things to stock, if I could give 0 stars I would!!! Get your stuff together!
