Was just there 6/22/2024 at 1:30 pm. There were 10 people in line and the manager came up front a couple times and even after customers ask if she could help she would just walk away. It took 10 min in line and there were three girls working.. will never again go there and will be sure to let anyone else know how the service was. It was just that bad.

This will be our last visit to this location . We are happy to go back to the one by Arby's,.The management team needs to retrain at the 60 location they could learn alot about customer service . Very rude management for absolutely no reason. I have always worked in retail so for me to feel offended as a customer and put a review takes ALOT. I see many other similar reviews sadly. Very disappointing because it's a 2 min if that drive to this store for us but this trip was the last. How ever more importantly I'd like to shout out to the lovely lady whom always greets us with a warm smile and really goes above and beyond. She's the only reason we returned tbh . I'm sorry I don't know your name but ma'am you are appreciated . Thank you! She was working the register tonight actually. She deserves recognition from the dm for her consistent top notch customer service .

My wife went there today "Feb. 6 2024" and the lady stocking shelves was very rude to her when my wife asked a question about a product, she would not even talk to my wife, and just looked at her with disdain. This store is 2 min. from my house and its sad that this is who is being hired.

Every time I go in the store applies have a loudspeaker with music. Very annoying.

Wow the customer service here is horrible. I was asking questions where things were and it seemed like the woman that was there was bothered by me asking questions. If you're going to work in the customer service industry maybe you should know how to serve the customer instead of seeming like they are bothering you.

Got in line for a register, and the cashier was shopping and cashing herself out while there was a huge line waiting for her to check us out. I rang the bell look at me and say, can you hold on. I said excuse me, I didn’t know you were the cashier because again she was shopping for herself. Smh
