This was the oddest thing that has ever happened to me in a retail store. I thought stores were suppose to SELL products to you. I stopped in to get some poop bags for my dog and a couple of other things but poop bags were my main objective. When the young lady rang them up it came to .01 cent. She said oh these are discontinued. I said there are more back there and they are $4.95. She calls the manager over and asks her she said they are discontinued. The girl said what do I do with it. The manager said throw it away...and I'm standing there very willing to pay. I stood there shocked and she grabbed my other items and I said nope I'm out. Family Dollar in Dover you JUST LOST A CUSTOMER! There are 3 other Dollar type stores on my way home from Plant City to Brandon, you are nothing special.

Today, September 30th around 1:00 I visit the Dover family Dollar and I witness, The employee working there be very rudely and talking very loud and you can hear it all through the store to a none speaking English Spanish customer and it's not the first time I hear that in this store. When I was waiting in line I was still hearing the employee being rude embarrassing and intimidating to other spanish customers. I tried to help one of the customer but the employee got very rude with me too.

I love shopping at this store I love the manager and the employees everyone is great here great atmosphere to shop it's clean and friendly highly recommend anyone to shop this location!!!!

Cashier was rude!Customer ahead of me was trying to get cash back on a credit card with no pin number and then they wanted a refund on the items they paid cash for!I feel that the cashier, took it out on me!My items didn't ring up correctly and he had to go get a price check! Well, I'm sorry but I want the price that is on the shelf!Don't take it out on me!Thanks!

The people working in Family Dollar are always friendly. My only problem is that they said that they are having trouble getting items in. I went to 2 different stores trying to find a certain brand of cat food, and I was only able to find 1 box, and I needed more. When I asked at both stores they both said the same thing, that they weren't getting the items in on their trucks.

The Family Dollar Store in general is fairly totally clean pretty well-stocked few things missing but not too bad Felines and I like to see their butt not every store can have everything you want but friendly people any clean that's the main thing otherwise I'd go there again
