“I went shopping for meat and got a pork roast with fixins and lean ground beef. I used these simple ingredients to make dinner for the week. The pork roast was tender and the fixins were enough for one person to store for the week. Also the ground beef was used in a spaghetti recipe and that ground beef was easy to tear apart and add to the sauce . I usually buy my meats at my local grocery store , but I have to say Aldis has converted me to buy from them. The prices were better and meats were so fresh. I was able to make two weeks of wonderful meals for $20 in meats which for a person on a budget is great. I will definitely be buying other meats at Aldis and thanks for having recipes on your website that I can make.”
“Plant City, FL. College kids from Lakeland gethooked on Parksdale’s strawberry shakes and, after moving away, they go out of their way to stop here just for the shakes. That’s what my daughter told me. Other friends told us stories about the incredible whipped cream on the strawberry shortcake. So we came by on a drizzly day and had a fun time.The strawberry shortcakes are only available January 2nd to mid-April, so we got it just in time. My husband said it was the best he’d ever had.I loved the bright outdoor eating area, the cute shop, the vegetable stands and the plants for sale, at very reasonable prices.I got artichokes, a huge cucumber, shucked corn and a package of strawberry cookies at well below what I’d pay at a supermarket.Highly recommended!”

“The BEST Strawberry ? Shortcake in Plant City! We are native Floridians and we have always gone to Parkesdale until my son stopped at YUMMY FARMS one day. Now we ONLY go to YUMMY FARMS. Fast friendly service. No long lines. No mass production. The cake ? and strawberries ? are delicious. Not too sweet nor dry. Just right piled high with whipped cream. They also sell strawberries ?. They have a covered seating area and the floor is covered so you don’t have to worry about mud or dirt.Pet friendly as well. I brought my puppy ?. Don’t go anywhere else. The price is the same $6 for a strawberry ? shortcake.”

“We got here 20 mins before close, and there was absolutely no line. One positive that I loved, dairy free whipped topping comes standard!!! Their whipped topping comes out of a hose - they use so much of it, no wonder. Be forewarned, as soon as the clock hits 5:45, you cannot sit in the outside garden area. They have a few picnic tables on the other side of the property, but you are going to want to sit in the garden area. I wasn't a huge fan of the shortcake, but the berries and topping were delicioso. So good! I didn't think I was going to eat the whole thing when I first got there, but it was too good and I surprised myself by eating almost the whole thing. This is a must visit if you're in the area.”
“Not a frequent Aldi shopper, but I was pleasantly surprised with the selection of products. Decent amount of healthy options for convenient daily consumption. Pricing is reasonable and staff was pleasant. Decent size parking lot.”
“Love Aldi to death best prices great food. There are a lot of Aldi specific items i really love like their chicken salad and some of the german snacks. The samosas and indian food items are usually pretty great as well and the Gyro kits are literally the easiest most delicious dinner imaginable feeds 5 people generously and takes no time at all in the air fryer.”
“Came there to pick up strawberries at 16:00 on a Thursday and got the door and was loaded by 16:30. Lots of space to maneuver and they had a lot for parking right outside the gate.”
“The price of beets more than doubled so didn't get any this year plus they were large beats which aren't good for processing. I haven't been able to get cement blocks.”

“Aldi's has the best cheese selection and fish selection of just about any place we've been shopping at. Some of the other foods they might be hit or miss depending on when you come in and what they have. But, for cheese and fish - salmon in particular- they get the top notch position.”
“10/10 will come back! Mom like always doesn't ask for lavish gifts. She likes German food items best! Although we are Puerto Rican. She lived all over the world in her childhood and later in her teen hood. Cause Grandpa was a Borinqueneer, Tank gunner USA Army Puerto Rican Unit. He was moved all over the world, but there was one Country Mom and my Grandparents loved the most. It was of course Germany! It devastated them when he chose to retire. You know how it is. No more Soldier? The Army came in like a storm and had them on a plane by the end of the day back home to Puerto Rico. It is a life well lived and honor to all Soldiers. Mom still speaks the language and they all spent years telling nothing but beautiful things about Germany, the culture, the wonderful people and especially the FOOD! So i learned to cook and made delicious memory lane meals for them. I picked up very little of the language but i always wanted to visit one day. A las hopefully in my life time. Ok now that I reached the word minimum? Lol I enjoyed my visit. I was to tired to take pictures but i enjoyed my visit. Forgot a bag? No biggie i bought one and filled it up with everything i know my Mom would love! Saw cherries in sauce? Bam! Every German chocolate bar? Babam!! Cute cookies? Bababam!! Unfortunately no musli O_o but got bag of oats with grapes? Pretty closed right? On my way out i picked a advent calendar of Baileys liquor! It was the cherry on top! I do plan on doing something else. I haven't worn mens clothes in years. I know she misses that. Whats a day or two in a suit for my Ma? I know i would look so dashing with my long hair and cute personality. Get myself into fun trouble while I'm at it? Lol like i said before, will definitely come back! Bye bye thank you for reading!”

“I showed up 30 min before my appointment time and I was unloaded 10 minutes after my appointment lol. Everyone here is extremely nice and they are incredibly FAST! Will be returning. Oh and they have a clean restroom for drivers. Like an actual restroom not a port-o-potty.”
“Load here almost every week. Not the friendliest people to begin with but once they get to know you they are very accommodating. Usually in/out in less than 2 hours. Fred’s maker restaurant is next door, good place to eat, buffet only but it’s always fresh food! Good people and good quality products!”

“Well in my experience here was 5 stars, Park overnight in the edge of the road, is safe, they know my door 7am. Get my paperwork and then call me send me to scale, then to door. Park 45 mins in and out. Make sure you guus are early if not it will take all the day”

“You can tell they take care of their animals and plants. Not only is it clean and organized the farm is wholesome and welcoming. Their layout is easy to follow with prices laid out simple. You can sample many infused honeys as well as fresh juices to help with the immune system or support gut/respiratory health. It was a fun time with my family and we took home a goose egg to try it was delicious one egg fed 3 people !”
