This Penske location caused a three day headache. Watch the video. ? $30 refund on a $154.81 bill and I didn't get to finish what I needed.
The rep was very nice that I spoke with when we found out what was happening with the truck. Unfortunately, it caused us time and the inability to complete what we needed. Avoiding the wind and rain was critical.
The seal around the windshield was coming off. The conversation with the Rep at this location led me to believe this had happened before. He didn't seem surprised in my opinion when I told him it was the windshield. In addition I over heard a service rep when I dropped off mention it had happened in the past. Ok Penske this is not cool.
We have 3 more moves within the next 9 months. I swore to use Penske but y'all gotta do better.
And the district manager at this location needs to get a grip. We're loyal customers and apparently that means nothing anymore to him. ??????????”
“Rented RV for a week from G&M/ Cruise America. The RV had a few mechanical issues and I wish I could say it worked as hard as Pauline, customer service at G&M (for CA.) to make us happy.
She was so efficient and customer oriented she even gave us her personal cell phone so we could stay in touch with her because we had problems with the vehicle from the first day. The only reason I give G&M 5 ⭐️ is Pauline and her Outstanding service. She knows her business n offered us a credit for the nights without lights in the RV. She checked up on us when we were on the road and I really appreciate that kind of service. It’s rare these days. Pauline is a rockstar!!!!!!”

“These guys were great and we didn't even rent from them. We got a u-haul trailer from a different location that had a tire that was missing a golf ball sized chunk and had a couple of knots that were causing the trailer to violently shake and bounce. Once we figured out it wasn't drivable, we found these guys were closer. Derek took care of us and gave us a whole new trailer and went to battle with corporate to get the exchange done. Super friendly and made sure we were taken care of, even though we weren't customers for that location.”

Experience was good, fast and out the door, everything explained well and drop off was a breeze. I would definitely recommend using them if you need a U-Haul in the area.”

“RJ was very friendly and helpful when I spoke with him on the phone about renting furniture pads. Bryan helped me when I picked up my rented trailer and was one of the friendliest people I've ever had the pleasure of talking to in custom service. He was efficient and happy to help get the trailer hooked up to my vehicle. It was a busy day at the rental desk, but Bryan made me feel valued and I had no problem waiting.When we had a tire blow out while traveling with the trailer, I called Bryan and he seemed genuinely concerned about us. I had questions about the travel insurance I purchased, and he was kind with explaining how it would cover the blown out tire. He was sympathetic to our situation and confident that the roadside assistance tech would be prompt.If I'm ever in the Bloomingdale area again and need to rent a U-Haul, I'll be sure to contact this dealer if Bryan and RJ are still providing service!”
“My storage experience here was great to say the least, they had everything I needed to accommodate my needs. I never had an issue or complaint here. What I really enjoyed was how the owner was really kind and professional with me, on the plus side they also have 24 hour surveillance, a gate that is locked after hours, and 24 hour security to watch the premises which made me feel real safe and comfortable with my storage. The rates are good as well, I was pleased! Thank you Mango Storage!”
