“We arrived 25m before the kitchen closed; it was entirely our fault and we didn’t realize until we were greeted. The staff were amazing, and didn’t pressure at all. Casey hand picked a flight for us, and assured us to take our time. Food was amazing and at sunset I don’t know you could've asked for a better end to the day. “I had a celebration of life party at Brandon’s Event Space. It was the perfect size for under 60 people. The only thing that I can say is takes too long to get my deposit back. I had my party on 9/13/2023 still haven’t got my $200 deposit back and it’s now 9/21/2023. other than that it’s a great place I would rebook again.”

“I have been coming here with my son for at least two years now. It's a great place for him to burn all his extra energy especially when it is hot outside. They have lots to do and they even have a toy area with dress up costumes, a puppet theater, and ice cream truck for pretend play. We have had a birthday party here and the price was more reasonable than other places. My son currently enjoys the Lego class and has made some friends too.The staff are always friendly and helpful and there are always new things being planned for the kids. We are looking forward to when my son can attend a parent's night out.I have seen a couple reviews saying the place is dirty and I don't agree at all. I have personally seen the staff clean--vacuum, mop, and wipe down with disinfectant-- at several different times during the day. You can't even enter the play area without using hand sanitizer and must remove shoes. Adults are required to wear socks.”

“I like a good honky tonk, I LOVE this one. I went for a concert, which I was already excited about but the building and staff are what made this such a pleasant experience. I have never been in a bar/concert where the floors are SO CLEAN it was awesome. The entire place in general felt clean. Good amount of security placed around the building, checking in with tickets was an easy experience, bartenders were super quick and efficient, all staff were kind. A man got sick near us and staff cleaned it up immediately which was great to not have to keep thinking about lol. Sold out show but we got in and out with minimal waiting. I cannot recommend this place enough. Great vibes all around!”

“I did not officially stay here, I unfortunately had car issues and had to pull into parking lot and wait for a tow. I walked in front lobby to advise front desk and apologize. Tee was amazing with her smile and attitude even though I was not staying she was so nice and helpful (even kept eye on car when I was gone) if I was needing to stay anywhere I would pick there because of her and her amazing service.”

“Pin Chasers recently purchased this ally and we understand they will be renovating over the next couple of years. New scoring system and monitors have been installed. Bar is great and the outside seating area by the lake is really nice. The best part about this place is the staff. Debbie is a consistent staff member. She's fun and does her best to ensure the customers are have a good time. She is what makes this location special.”

“First off all, you can find all the prices on their online website and complete the wavier ahead of time also. Not only that but they also have a screen infront of the desk with pricing of combos, tickets, and food. The combo is with 90 mins jump time and 40 credit game card for $28. They also give a military discount, thus I only paid $21. With every jump place, you need to buy the socks. This ain’t no different. Or you can bring socks from a prior visit. I was greeted by a great employee, katrina! She applied the discount and explained everything, and checked to verify our wavier. I visited Airosphere on 4.14.24 and I hardly saw any out of order games. Plus I went into the bounce house to check on my kid and no one approached me. However, it is against the rules. In order to go in you need a ticket and socks.”

“So Glad I decided to take my daughter and her cousins!!!! The girl at the counter that greeted us both times we've come is AWESOME!!! Her name starts with an "A" and she's from Wisconsin!!! So sorry, I'm bad with names. You Rock Girl!!!! So pretty as well!!! Loved the atmosphere. Very chill and the kids loved it each time. Gets them super tired ?. The Obstacle Course however smelled heavily of piss. My only negative about the place. Maybe a little more cleaning throughout the day would be better. I saw the cleaning cart in the corner and wanted to start cleaning as the mother in me comes out everywhere I go. Other then that, Love it here!!!!!”

“I can’t even begin to describe what an amazing venue Cross Creek Ranch is! From the very beginning they were responsive and extremely helpful throughout the entire wedding planning experience. My husband and I had the most magical wedding! It was absolutely perfect. The food, drinks, music, desserts, and decorations were perfect. Our guests haven’t stopped raving about our wedding! I wanted to give a special thank you to Valerie, our wedding day coordinator! She is AMAZING!! And I mean that wholeheartedly! The entire staff that worked our wedding were phenomenal!If I could give 100 stars I would! If you are looking for an all inclusive wedding venue, I promise you will not be disappointed with Cross Creek Ranch!”
