They ask questions to understand your personality and lifestyle, offering welcome ideas and suggestions. They care deeply about their clients, take time to teach you how to style your hair, and ensure you are happy with the cut and color, which comes out awesome. Prices are reasonable. Though very much in demand, they try to get you in quickly. It is worth the trip to treat yourself.
