I’ve rented from other storage places , and I have to honestly say that Debbie has been absolutely amazing, her professionalism and mannerism made me extremely comfortable and welcomed.She literally went above and beyond to accommodate me in every way possible. I've been a customer for almost 10 yrs. and have always paid my rental bill promptly. It's unfortunate that renters are being taken advantage of with constant rent increases every 8 months. This is dead-space. I've been in contact with Debbie who said she would forward my email to her manager; which she informed me she had and to date I've yet to hear from anyone. The increase was over 9%; Corporate America doesn't give this to their employees.

This office is amazing, always friendly and willing to help customers and make the best experience. I've used them for 5 years and now it's time to move on however will miss the staff and help. Debbie is amazing and I just met Jared. Amazing personality and person. Great place no bugs, a/c and kept everything like new, how I left it

I did a lot of research trying to figure out what the best for me storage unit location, but I had so many questions. I called up and Debbie took my initial first question of "Is there any units available and if so, what do you have?", and had a fluid conversation where all of my questions without having to ask was answered plus so much more! From me letting her know it was my first time doing a storage unit, she made sure not only I was fully prepared, but after our conversation, I didn't want to call up any of the other storage places for consideration, as it is CLEAR this is a place I can TRUST! Turned my stress and worry into confidence my stuff will be safe. When we got there for the first time to load things into the storage unit, the guy there (sorry I forgot to write his name down) was also very helpful. The entire facility is clean and well maintained. There is flatbed available for use inside at no extra charge. The locks they sell allows a bit of certainty that it will not be broken into, and there is room for other locks like disc locks too. (See picture of the lock at our climate controlled storage unit.) Even the layout of the entire complex is very well done. I am absolutely happy that my stuff is being stored there and I didn't go anywhere else.
