In and out within 5 minutes with Erica being very knowledgeable and understanding about my situation and helping me with express mailing to two different locations. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to handle my business.

I moved into a new apartment and have been trying to get access to my mail box since 8/2. I’ve had medications delivered to my mailbox but can’t access them after multiple attempts to get a new lock put on. I keep getting told next day or on Monday. I’m going to die before I get a access to my medication.

I have had 2 letters in the mail for 3 days now and the post lady will not pick them up but will put mail on top, this is not the first time I’ve had problems with this postal worker, not sure what the problem is but it’s sad that she’s so petty

The clerk was very patient and professional. Location was clean and fully stocked. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. 10/10

Im giving 1 star. I went to send my passport for renewal and paid extra for quicker shipping. According to tracking its been in transit for a week. Can't get any answers from anyone. No wonder people use UPS or FedEx.

Always try there best to be efficient and even had the post man retrieve a package personally at someone’s home after the prior mailman got the houses mixed up and hand delivered back to me. Great customer service!

I don’t know her name but the black lady at the front that worked on 2.22.21 9:40am in the Dundee post office has a bad attitude and needs to relearn what customer service means. If she doesn’t like her job there’s a app called indeed she can apply to a job that she’ll like and maybe she’ll have a better attitude.
